The room was lovely and clean. Our baby cot was broken and it took sometime to replace. The person at the front counter seemed annoyed anytime a question was asked. In such a beautiful hotel, having a miserable front desk person was detracting.

Very good space for a small family, but this is by no means a five star hotel. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Staff was sometimes helpful with requests for things, but no clean towels available for a four night stay? No complimentary coffee pods? Had to order various things through housekeeping? Could be great. Still rather good and I would keep in on my list.

The location was so nice for our family to look around easily in Paris.

Fabulous staff location and room. Convenient close by and quiet to sleep

Felt just like our own little paris flat. Clean, spacious, and the laundry room downstairs came in handy. Door codes needed everywhere so very secure.

The one thing I despise is a 4pm check in. Other than that staff was great! Location is basically time square of shopping which is a nightmare for Anyone traveling to Paris to seek culture, ha. But it’s between east and west Paris so centrally located and several trains accessible

This place is as advertised and was really clean. It is also very well located, close to the Opera and in the heart of Haussmanian Paris. In my opinion, it is hard to do better. I highly recommend it and I hope to return there when I come back to Paris.

Located in very convenient place and very clean, quiet, relaxing place to stay. I stayed three times. Its quality is consistent. It is like my home in Paris.

Can't ask for more in terms of location! There's a supermarket right downstairs and many restaurants to choose from. We will definitely stay here if we visit Paris again!

If our actual room was anything close to the view depicted on the promo image, we might have enjoyed our stay more. They tried to charge us almost 1,700 Euros more to get the room we thought we had booked. Our balcony had an internal view of a solid wall; no street view at all. The desk staff were very helpful, but upper management were not! Our unit had a very small kitchenette, which is great, except that the hot-top didn't work. And on the 5th night the power to our entire unit went out. Pitch black. They found us a temp unit that night, told us just to take what we needed for the night, and then in the morning management told us that we were supposed to have packed up everything and moved to the new unit. How do you do that when it's pitch black, you can't see anything, and when you are told not to worry about collecting anything but the necessities. Plus, when I was out trying to sit at the balcony, my back chair leg slipped right thru the flooring, and my chair flipped me over backwards against the wall. Upper Management were not cooperative with anything.

I would have given a 5 star if it were not for the check-in software-only process. Before arriving I received email instructions and attempted to follow it, until I was stopped when the software insisted that my home address was “invalid” - so upon arrival the front desk folk (Luis’s?) tried to get me through the check in link and was stopped at the same spot. When I showed him my US drivers license he was also convinced that the “filter” was acting up, and ended up putting me through (possibly moving me to live in another state as a result???). Well, too much automation makes fools of us humans, don’t we? Which makes it all the more depressing since I liked the apartment. Still wondering what software they licensed to use for the check in, and why it was so nosy as to where my home was…

Excellent stay - great room and location…. Enjoyed so much, stayed again on the return thru Paris. There a Carrefour market close by making things even more comfy. Highly recommend.
