Well located in Amboise. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting the Loire. We had a studio so didn’t take the breakfast option. Parking is paid per day. On arrival it took us a little time to locate the road - it’s quite a narrow 1 way street, though that’s not unusual in Amboise! So best to check your route before arrival. We always found a parking space when arriving but it was not peak season - I suspect it might be trickier in high season when the place is full. Plenty of Restaraunts within easy walking. The studio apartment has a basic kitchen - microwave, fridge, kettle and sink - so adequate for organising breakfast. So in summary, good location, adequate parking (though might be tricky in peak season) and the studio apartments are comfortable if somewhat basic.

The staffs are friendly and the location is good, just walk a few minutes to restaurants and bus stop to Castillo de Chenonceau.

Beautiful property. We were upgraded to a studio with a view of the garden and lovely pool. Wonderful and attentive staff at the reception desk. Five minute walk to town center. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

For the high price I expected more amenities. There wasn’t only a combined hair/body wash pot. There was some instant coffee but no milk provided. Our bathroom handle was broken and after reporting it, no one was sent to fix it. This was quite dangerous. We had a room for 4 but not enough towels for all of us. The property had not received our booking from Expedia apparently and check in took a long time. The staff were great and very friendly and the pool area is nice. I wouldn’t say it was worth the money.

Our visit here was excellent. The property seems extraordinarily new or recently refurbished. The room was quite large given its close proximity to the downtown streets of Amboise. The staff were extremely pleasant and you could tell they are well trained/coached on ensuring positive guest experience. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Quiet hotel with an excellent staff. We used La Maison Rabelais as our base of operations as we discovered the Loire Valley region. One of the things was that it was just five minutes from a river trail where I could do my morning workout.
