Decent stay for the price on a holiday weekend. I felt it was clean, and quiet enough, given the layout (yes, the ceilings are open, so you get doors closing a little too loudly, but I didn't hear much noise other than that). The first morning I was there, the cleaning crew was there and pretty loud (before 10 AM), but I didn't encounter them after that. Good location for links throughout NYC, even if the neighborhood is a little rough (it is on Bowery).

Was a nice dorm. I was comfortable the whole time and was impressed by bathroom facilities.

I’d go back. Nice staff. Great neighborhood - Los Tacos and Soho nearby. I got what I paid and asked for in a hostel.

Good place for one or two nights in NYC

Really great cheap option for traveling in New York. Main downside? You can hear everyone else, including snores. They provide eyemask & earplugs but wasn’t enough for me. I am a very light sleeper though, may noy be problem for all.

I did not like the first night someone was loud, walking in and out of their room all night. Someone's alarm going off and them not turning it off.

This place is suitable for adventurers. It is close to the must-see-spots in NY. The staff are very accommodating and greets you every time they see you.

This was a great location with nice customer service and for a good price. However I would not come back. As a 6’4 person, I was very uncomfortable in the bed as I couldn’t even stretch out to the entire length of the cubicle-style room let alone the bed. It was also a very uncomfortable bed and a noisy space where I was tossing and turning all night hearing both outside noise and doors slamming into the super late hours. Was doable for the night but not comfortable.

It was just perfect for I need at the moment of the visit to New York.

The hostel is conveniently located. I liked that there was a female only floor. I had a very comfortable stay.

Rough around the edges, but very inexpensive. Not for light sleepers. Room and bed are tiny, but this is a hostel not a hotel. You get what you pay for. The price per night is low, but you will make some sacrifices. This place is ideal for young travelers on a budget. The cash savings from staying here will go a long way to paying for your nightlife activities.

I didn’t like how hot the building was, especially at night. I woke up multiple times every night of my stay sweating, and I couldn’t cool off with a cold shower because the showers are all on. Full blast scalding hot.

Rooms aren’t really separated - there’s no ceiling and it feels more like cubicles than separate rooms. Because of that, I couldn’t sleep before midnight because of people moving around and got woken up every 15 minutes as of 4am because of alarms going off and others opening / closing doors. I would never stay here again.

Great price for a convient and central location. Very clean . It should be noted that it is esentailly a cubicle with a lattuce top. Great value

I was very disappointed with the property which was unacceptable to me so I move to another hotel.

Loved it! Cheap, clean, showers were nice & hot despite reviews saying otherwise. Only stayed for 1 night and would stay again!
