Strategic location, clean rooms and toilets, very comfortable hotel, I will come back to this hotel if I am in Sydney

The reasons why I keep staying in YEHS Sydney Harbour Suites on Sussex st is, it feels like a home & the staffs are very warm & very helpful. Hanny the manager, Mey, Mark & all staffs in the reception are amazing, great location & clean. Thank you soo much ❤️

The toilet is very nice, the temperature can be adjusted and very modern. Iron available in each room. The view was nice.

Good location near Darling Harbour, Chinatown and shopping belt. Drawback is the poor soundproofing of the room. Could hear the traffic noise and sounds from surrounding rooms and corridor. Couldn't sleep well.

Recommended if you are on holiday in Sydney.

Great location, it is between Darling Harbour and Townhall train station, both just about 5 minutes walk away. I love that the toilet includes a Japanese style bidet toilet seat, so that is refreshing and important for personal hygiene! As the hotel is near Town Hall, there are a lot of eateries nearby and you can also walk for less than 10 minutes to Macdonalds and KFC that are operating 24 hours! Many great food are located in Chinatown in which you can walk just about 10 minutes! I want to share as well that the staff there were friendly!

A good location with friendly front desk, but the safe box in my room was spoiled and not able to be fixed. So every time I went out, I needed to bring my documents to the front desk and put it in the safe box over there.

Room and bathroom is very clean and well maintained. The downside is that the hotel is under renovation, they have only 1 elevator working that is being operated manually by the hotel staff. The waiting time can be quite long especially during check out and check in time.

Pleasant. I love to staying in this hotel. When I come back to Sydney love to stay in this hotel agaiin.

Strategic Location near to Darling Harbour, Staff Service was awesome, I stayed in 1 bedroom for 5 nights and it was perfect room included all of the stuff inside the room with city view. Definitely will come back again next time 👍⭐.

Went for our honeymoon in Melbourne and Sydney. Hopped around 5 apartments/hotels in total and this has to be the best. Very friendly receptionist, I think his name is Anthony. Highly recommended.

Strategic location & easy to access for public transportation!

The room was clean and tidy. Very spacious and in a prime location of Darling Harbour. The reception was very professional and informative, especially Jandro. Would definitely come back.
