All staff, from security guards to front desk personnel, provide excellent service and are well-mannered.

I’m a returning guest because I frequently visit this area. This hotel has a great location, beautiful views, convenient parking, and reasonable prices. The staff are always kind, friendly, and very helpful.

The highlight of our stay was easily the bed. I haven’t slept this well in ages; it was truly heavenly. My wife was so impressed she even asked the staff for the brand of the pillows and mattress so we can buy them for ourselves! The breakfast was another high point—a plentiful spread with a wide variety of Thai dishes, from fried rice to flavorful curries and soups. The egg station staff were particularly helpful and friendly, and dining right by the river in the morning was a lovely experience. Across the board, from housekeeping to the bellboys and security, the service was outstanding. There were two downsides to keep in mind: Location: It is a bit isolated. It’s a 15-minute walk over a bridge to the ferry, and about 15 minutes by car to the nearest MRT. Even the closest 7-Eleven is a 15-minute walk away. Room Categories: We booked a "Premium Riverside View," but the view was mostly of the city with only a partial glimpse of the water. The booking description felt a bit misleading, and while the front desk was polite, they simply said it was the best room available. Verdict: If you are happy to commute via Grab or InDrive and don't mind a partial view, this is a solid, affordable choice with excellent facilities.
