When we check in staff was ok, but i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because the room is not good. The bed is very dirty and smelly that look like never change it. i found so many hairs and lips mark and other stuff it’s clearly not good. I have to use my own bedsheets and bed covers. The bathrooms are very dirty like never clean for very long time. We try to drink less water so that we don’t use toilet often because so gross we can’t stand it.

This is really worth it as a stay option in Tegal Regency. Plus points: 1. Strategic location and easy to access in the city center, but the vibes are still calm. 2. In my opinion, the price is affordable with the facilities offered. 3. The staff is very friendly and responsive, every request is responded to well. 4. The building is still relatively new, so no need to worry. 5. The bathroom is already equipped with hot/cold water. Suggestions: 1. Maybe check and maintain the facilities more routinely, such as door handles and key slots. 2. Cleanliness can also be improved to make it more comfortable. Overall, really satisfied with the experience. Thanks a lot
