My second time staying here. 2303 is my favorite room. Because the room equipment is more complete than the previous room on the 18th floor. The staff was responsive when I needed an extra chair for my husband to work in the room. Only the swimming pool area needs attention, although not too many people use it. But leaves & trash seem to ruin the view that should be good

Asked for a cooler bag to put in the freezer to keep it cold but it wasn't done, there was only one towel and a flat pillow, no tissue.

Actually, the service is quite good. At the beginning of my check-in, I was escorted to my room by the receptionist who was on standby at 7 pm. But when I wanted to take a shower and had just entered the bathroom, it turned out that the soap in the bottle was out. I immediately informed the WA number listed in the application. I waited for about 10 minutes, which I initially understood because with that room price I couldn't expect more. When I asked for extra towels & a change of sheets, the room attendant was quick to serve me. Next, I will stay again. But please pay attention to things that make guests disappointed. Thank you.
