The room booked in the application is not appropriate, take the one with breakfast but when checking in at the hotel it says there is no breakfast. Even given a room with a fan even though I chose the AC. Dirty room & Lots of spider webs

Got chicken porridge for breakfast. The cashier room is not spring, a bit hard but not bad. The AC is cold. The location is in front of a large highway.

The hotel staff were not very friendly when checking in, this was the first time it was very disappointing, I booked a room but it wasn't ready, I had to contact the app first before they responded, I don't recommend it.
