I booked this hotel because according to description that it is located in near the shanghai museum. When we call the guest house, it is very far! Different from what is stated in the information here. I booked 2 nights, but we just stay there for 1 night. The staff told me to try to refund but it is states that this is non refundable

予約確認書にはローマ字表記しかないが、所在地は「川沙黄楼村南華家宅42号」、宿の名前は「花渓水●」（●は「謝」の「言」偏が「木」偏）のこと。漢字も併記しないとタクシー運転手もわからない。ローマ字だけでは大変不親切。 周辺情報で上海市中心部の人民公園まで５分などとあるが、これは完全な虚偽情報。地下鉄の人民公園駅から地下鉄に３０分以上乗り、そこからタクシーで１５分ほどかかる。周辺情報にある近くの名所への距離もすべて嘘。 宿そのものはゆったり、清潔で悪くない。それにしてもHotels.comの情報がこんなに嘘だらけとは驚いた。すべてのホテルを確認するのは難しいだろう。それではどうするのか。Hotels.comは真剣に対策を考えるべきだ。
