Staff were very friendly. I especially love how comfortable and the plushness of the bed and pillows. The toilet is nice too! Two separate places for toilet and shower, and there are two sinks so you don't have to wait for turns. The shower is strong and has steady hot water. View from the hotel is great! Breakfast buffet is okay, not too bad.

I got food poisoning after eating sirloin steak at the restaurant before heading to the airport. Maybe the meat was not fresh enough.

The children's playground facility was out of service at 5:05 PM, and the air conditioning was a bit stuffy. The staff was unresponsive, so we ended up going back to our room. The bathroom smelled awful. We finally had to clean and vacuum again. YouTube internet was poor. The room view was excellent. The receptionist service was good, especially at check-in.

The view is good, the service is good, the AC feels cool, even though Labuan Bajo is very hot. The hot water for showers and sinks is also quite hot. The hotel staff is quite responsive. Overall, it's okay, and I recommend staying in Labuan Bajo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Katamaran Resort Labuan Bajo. The service was truly top-notch, the rooms were clean, and the food was excellent. The view was absolutely stunning. A special thanks to Jesica from housekeeping, who did an amazing job making my birthday there so memorable. She decorated my room so beautifully and thoughtfully. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at Katamaran. The room was comfortable, clean, and felt like a relaxing getaway. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel view was beautiful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were complete and well-maintained.

Was a great stay besides you need to pay for everything, even the chips that were provided in the room. Transportation arrangement and in-house activities are very expensive too.

This hotel is very comfortable for family, especially children. The room is very safe (e.g., the bed is not too high, which is safe for babies, and the balcony door is not easy to open, which means safe from children's activity). Furthermore, they have a magnificent view, just like in the movie.
