Breakfast was great, rooms clean and everything was really nice, only problem we had was they had 3 elevators and only 1 worked. Having 7 floors meant it took such a long time to get to room or to leave. But other then that was a great place

This was the nicest Tru property we have stayed in. The gym facility was nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was top notch.

There breakfast was very good this is the place to stay pet friendly quite very clean

They offer a.full breakfast the staff is so friendly. There was not a pool on site but we found other things to do.

Staff was fantastic

Best breakfast! I like the simplicity of the rooms because I feel like they are easier to keep clean (minimal furniture, hard-surface flooring, etc.) and the lobby area with the bar was always lively.

The lobby area was great for our purposes. We meet with family that lived locally in the hotel lobby and they were very supportive of our being there. There was a $12.00 charge for overnight parking on the hotel lot that was unexpected.

Don't let me get started I loved everything about this Tru Hilton Hotel. The room was spacious and everything looked new, full hot breakfast ,parking almost to the door and museums,entertainment and places to eat galore. Thank you staff for a wonderful time. Yolanda

Clean, modern. Good enough breakfast. No microwave or coffee maker in room. No pool.

The place was looked very nice but the room kept making noise from the fridge and the pillows were to soft and it was hard to sleep with them

They need to improve their service. Check-in is scheduled for 3:00 p.m., and even though we arrived at the hotel at 5:00 p.m., the room wasn't ready, and we had to wait until 6:30 p.m. to get in. However, the delay wasn't compensated in any way even though we asked to check out a little later, it was denied. We asked twice for the used towels to be replaced and received no service.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The only complaint would be having to pay for parking each day of the stay. One would assume parking would be included with the price of the stay?

I love how the common areas were setup. The bar and grill not to mention the outside area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is nice, but having to pay $12 to park at a hotel I'm already paying for a room at is ridiculous.

Scrims for windows with no functioning light-blocking shades or curtains is pretty miserable for east-facing room where you get full sun at dawn.
