They need to improve their service. Check-in is scheduled for 3:00 p.m., and even though we arrived at the hotel at 5:00 p.m., the room wasn't ready, and we had to wait until 6:30 p.m. to get in. However, the delay wasn't compensated in any way even though we asked to check out a little later, it was denied. We asked twice for the used towels to be replaced and received no service.
