The hotel is nice, very child friendly, the food is also delicious, only the rooms and hallways are not very clean and dark

At breakfast time, guests are piling up, many of the plates are still oily and crusty, the batagor is not cooked, the black sticky rice porridge tastes sour

staycation with 2 kids. awesome, all staff nice and helpful. but the taste of breakfast should be improved. thank you

The refrigerator wasn't working, so my breast milk spoiled overnight, which was a shame. There was a queue for breakfast.

Second time to Nemuru, lots of kids activities, food is so-so.

We booked two junior suites, but one wasn't ready, so we checked in first. It was ready an hour later. The bathroom in the first room was musty and not fresh. Everything in the second room was fine. The shower had great hot water. Breakfast was okay, but some stations were understaffed (porridge/soto). The egg station wasn't big enough, and the queue was quite long. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Favorite hotel, rooms, service, and food are all full service, always the best, I was in a super nice junior suite.

The room is nice and spacious..just missing a smart TV and make up mirror in the room.

Great, and very family-friendly... The staff is friendly and kind. I'd love to come back here again if I have the chance...

Nice Hotel, room & more kids activities

Woohoo.. I never thought that in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Ciawi there would be a hotel that is truly friendly for children and families.. The security guard quickly found a parking space, the receptionist patiently helped me check in.. The hotel is awesome..

This hotel was founded and managed by a professional and bona fide company group, GAPURA PRIMA GROUP. I happen to know several members of the Boss's family and have worked in this company group. I extend my deepest respect.

A hotel with many activities for children, some free and some paid, can be arranged according to budget, friendly staff, delicious and varied breakfast. Suggestion for HOTEL NAME STICKERS to be installed on the rear window of your car/motorcycle

Various activities made the children really enjoy their time at the hotel and it wasn't boring, but maybe because the bathroom exhaust ventilation system was connected to other rooms, the bathroom in my place had an unpleasant smell... overall I was satisfied

Just a suggestion for the swimming pool to be cleaned because yesterday when we were swimming the water was a bit dirty

I really liked the place I stayed. It was also hassle-free. And all the hotel staff were very responsive.

Thank God, the kids were happy staying here. When we checked in, we were upgraded to the family suite garden. Hopefully, the cleanliness of the room will be improved even more because there were cockroaches in the bathroom and the personal shower was leaking.
