some pillow cases wasn’t changed , one of the bottom sheet looked like someone slept on it before , towel dirty, poor breakfast

Overall, nice updates. Good price and convenient location.Room could’ve been a bit cleaner like clean the wall if there’s a dead bug, hair in bathroom, great that they cleaned the floor, but they must clean it with the door open because you could tell. Wasn’t that big of a bother but some attention to detail would be worth it.

When we arrived, they were just finishing filling the pool because they fixed it. So the pool was open, but you couldn’t go in it because it was so cold till the next day. There needs to be a way with all this technology that you can send off an email or a text to people letting them know this?

Clean and convenient in the WI Dells area. Loved that this hotel is quaint, quiet and clean. The pool area isn’t anything spectacular but I am most happy about clean sheets, carpet and comfortable sized accommodations. Lobby is nice, staff is friendly.

Breakfast items were cold. Fruit choice was limited.

Beds were super comfortable and clean and rooms were quiet!

It’s not terrible. A few things to know: it does smell like food in the hallway all of the time, someone is smoking and it’s smells, and it seems like they aren’t running any vents in the hallways. Room was clean, bedding fine, and service great.

Hidden gem! Very good for the price you pay. Nice rooms. Just had some dirty pillow cases which is a let down from last time I stayed. Hallways smell. Other than that not bad.

This hotel has been clearly renovated and the owners seem great. The hotel is 100% smoke-free now but was formerly a smoking facility as that smell lingers. We used a bit of Febreze in the room and that helped. That issue may be helped by running steady AC in the common areas.

The place smells bad.

The only thing is we could hear foot steps from 2nd level on our 1st floor level.

This hotel is conveniently located and quite accessible to water parks, restaurants and boat tours. The free breakfast was basic, eggs and breakfast meat, waffles. Limited choices for yoghurt, no fresh fruit except for an apple. Room had damp smell but was livable for two nights. Poor drainage in shower, took awhile for water to drain out while showering. Would be nice to offer complimentary water upon arrival.

It met our needs overall but the shampoo in room was empty. Minor inconvenience. We just asked for some. Close enough to all the action of the Dells.
