I was very disappointed in the service, our tv didn’t work our restroom door was stuck. I couldn’t use the restroom or shower. They gave us a difficult time with a late check out. And a difficult time with water bottles. I only requested two bottles of water. Not a good experience.

Great experience, stayed for the weekend. Continental breakfast was amazing, kids got to make their own waffles. Pool was heated and plenty of seating.

I stayed with my husband and our two young daughters. The lobby was very neat, clean, and smelled absolutely amazing. Prior to our arrival, the staff kindly set up a crib for our baby which set the tone for our evening. Things just moved so smoothly having a place to place our baby while we freshened up and got dressed. We took our older daughter to play at Sky Zone, a trampoline park just across the street, but there are two additional fun place for kids in the same center. After, we had dinner at the Mexican restaurant which was just okay. The following morning we went down to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. My husband and I enjoyed the egg and cheese sandwiches and our daughter was delighted to make her own waffles. The hotel is a few minutes from Sesame Place making the drive quick and easy. We had a great stay and I highly recommend this location.
