Great location and good breakfast

Easy check in and perfect for our baseball team

Only bad thing about this hotel is the outside noise.

So far it seems like a great place.

Their pool is the size of a kitty pool, the fitness room is not as it is in the pictures, front desk night staff are rude, and the walls are paper thin.

Close to zoo!

There was no staff at the front desk when we arrived after 1:00, after a very long drive. According to another would be guest, the front desk had been unattended for nearly an hour. Eventually, we and they gave up waiting and found somewhere else to sleep. I made a point of calling the hotel r

Staff was friendly and accommodating, but the heater and fan were malfunctioning in our room. The noise of the heater was excessive and the thermostat had to be turned to 80 to put out heat. It was noisy and uncomfortable. The bathroom exhaust and venting did not work well either. We told management and they were responsive, but we did not have a restful night after a long day of travel. Hotel manager said they would address, but we have not received a response to date.

Everything was great except breakfast.

Very nice clean hotel. Front desk receptionist was so nice and friendly. Check in was fast and painless. I really enjoyed the stay. Hallways were quite and i will stay again.

It was new and everything was so clean. The crew at the front desk was great and we loved that we were within walking distance of a great restaurant/bar, coffee, and gas station. We will definitely be back!!!

From the moment we walked through the front door we had an Amazing service. This hotel is so clean and nice. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a nice newer hotel. We had a nice clean room and no issues. The only reason I give a 4 is because the breakfast wasn’t the most exciting. While the hot options were good, there were very few hot breakfast options. No waffle/pancake maker, no hot oatmeal (had instant but didn’t provide brown sugar or honey). And also, no fruit! Like none. I enjoy a nice breakfast spread so I was a little disappointed but still the stay was overall pleasant.

This seems to be a brand new hotel so the room was extremely clean. The breakfast area was very roomy and (unlike so many other hotel chains) was a lovely, quiet space that wasn’t blasting annoying morning news. I appreciated that!
