This is my second time staying at Vinhomes Central Park Premier Apartment, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The apartment is modern, spacious, and very well maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, right by Landmark 81 and Central Park, making it convenient for both leisure walks and easy access to the nearby mall.

I was extremely disappointed in this apartment. There was no communication to advise it was a privately rented apartment. We got in at 2pm and they were still cleaning it. Shoes for the owner were left lying around and we found used dirty condom in the bedroom. The bathroom was riddled with mould. The only thing that saved this accommodation was the amazing views. Short of that I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend anyone stays at this property.

Overall is okay, clean room, easy to communicate with the owner. Except the security guard at the front desk is very mean, so rude, lazy, not willing to help. The front desk officer are mean and lazy too. They don't want to help. I checked out at 12 noon, I need to stay in the waiting room at the lobby until 1 pm to wait for the car to pick up. But the security guard didn't open the door for me to get in. I also ask the front desk officer for the room access but they are rude. They didn't care.

Very nice place. Apartment Manager was also nice and very responsive.

It is super clean room, friendly, easy on communication, respond very quick if you need help. Very honest people. I forgot the phone charger. They keep it and return it to me when I asked them. All equipments are working well.

Booked here so I could use the pool which was in the photos and after checking in, I was told you can only use the pool in you stay over a month with the approval of the owner. The only reason I booked here was for the pool, it should not have it in the pictures if it can’t be used. It’s misleading. I definitely would not of booked here if I knew I couldn’t use the pool.

Outstanding customer service! Great location and best spot to stay in HCMC

Located in an exclusive areas of the city. Difficult to travel in/out of the areas as taxi service has difficulty locating the exact location. The apartment has a washing machine which is very useful for extended stay. The gym is extremely hot due to temperature being set at 28C. There is no reception lobby; however, the contacting agent has been responsive and efficient to ensure smooth check-in process..

Firstly these apartments are rented out privately and this apartment didn’t have the basic utensils for a self contained unit. No coffee cups no glasses except for 2 wine glasses. There were hardly any cooking utensils but worst of all no access to the swimming pools. I recommend people check first when booking these types of accommodation because you either cannot use the pool or they charge 200,000 dong per person per day which is outrageous. We couldn’t use the pool at all for our whole stay. Whilst the Vinhome Landmark Apartments are in a good area there is very little local food stalls available and the Vincom Shopping Centre is so expensive. Stay away from booking these private apartments. Technically the complex doesn’t allow owners to rent out but they still do. Very disappointed considering this was our first stay in Ho Chi Minh.

This is the second time I have stayed there since last year. Really like this place and the host is so kind, friendly 👍

Fulfilled all our expectations for this property !

We booked a surperior two bedroom apartment for 9 nights and we really enjoyed the place. It was in Landmard 5. The apt was spacious and clean. Just a few steps away from landmark 81, we loved the conveniences of shopping stores and the restaurant and the river park nearby. The owner Thao Nguyen was very nice, she let us in early than the standard check in time once the apartment was ready. She always replys to our questions via Zalo and promptly sent helps when we needed urgent requests. She was very accommodating and pleasant to talk to. She also offered to keep our luggages after the checkout time so we could tour more of Saigon city as our flight was later into the evening. Between a hotel and the apartment, I would pick the apartment again when I'm thinking of revisiting Saigon, Vietnam, additional amenities, conveniences, comfortable, feeling like living at home. Also, the night rate was very affordable.

Căn hộ sạch sẽ và ấm cúng, đầy đủ tiện nghi, chủ nhà hỗ trợ và trả lời nhanh. Vị trí trung tâm đi qua Landmark 81 rất gần, xung quanh có quán ăn và cửa hàng tiện lợi nhiều, bắt taxi cũng dễ dàng. Mình rất thích chỗ này, lần sau sẽ quay lại.
