I think I ordered the wrong room type, I ordered a deluxe room, and it turns out there is no window, the view is a wall. The lower class superior room even has a window view. Oh well, it's okay. Then the bathroom, the water smells, the toilet smells. I just want to defecate, so I feel embarrassed. I would like to ask the staff and cleaning service to check the water before a customer comes in, just spray the water once and it smells. And make sure the toilet is given something like a freshener chalk to make it comfortable. If this is the case, it really smells. The room is not as expected. Okay, I made the wrong order, but the toilet really did not meet my expectations. Overall, I still really appreciate it because the food is complete and there are many choices too, but please check again, especially in room 303 for the cleanliness of the water and bathroom. Thank you.

As these Deluxe rooms are located in the middle of the hallway on both the left and right sides, they do not offer any views or windows. Concerning the unpleasant odor in the water, we use PAM tap water, which has been inspected by the relevant authorities, and the water quality test results showed no problems. Regarding the bathroom issue, we have informed the relevant team to address it. If anyone is visiting Palembang, you should definitely try the Parkside Hotel for a short stay. The hotel is comfortable, compact, and at an affordable price, they provide a proper breakfast that is truly delicious. FYI, the Superior room is the cheapest type, so the room size is small. If you are a family, it is better to choose the type above, because yesterday we prayed and the space was small. The bed got twin beds but the single bed was large. You also got a smart TV, and the toilet was clean & the shower appliances were good because the hotel is new. Keep up the good work!

I stayed in room 309. The hot water wouldn't work and it smelled bad. There was no clothes hanger or wardrobe in the room. The room was so small that it wasn't even possible to pray.
