New building, clean, and the service from the guard is good and friendly. Unfortunately when our family stayed, there was a problem with the hot water for bathing. Even though we entered at dusk, the air was already cold and we had no choice but to take a bath with cold water. The solution from the villa was that we were allowed to use the villa unit next door to move. The response from the villa guard was also good, quickly responding to our needs via WA

It's really "luxury", even though it's only for one day, I'm really satisfied with being able to staycation here, highly recommended.
