The room was very unclean, the sheets were dirty, the TV was broken, the AC was hot, the environment was very dirty, not according to the photos, the service was bad.

The bathroom sink didn't turn on, and the room was in poor condition. It was damp and didn't match the picture. It was dirty, and the customer service wasn't friendly.

Booked here because the location is close to the monument and culinary.
