Staff very helpful

Room extremely small. Was a double room but only 1 chair, so had to sit on the bed. Was extremely noisy all night.

While the property is located close to the city centre, it is on a main road and there was a lot of traffic noise. Our room overlooked the main road so it was noisy and it was small but comfortable. The bathroom was small but functionable. It was good for the price.

Very good place to stay.

The service was first rate. The room was fine. However the bed was old and sagged. Sleeping was difficult.

Location is across the road for Coles Supermarket. Clean, lovely towels. Beautiful wide architraves and mirror frames. Good bathroom taps & breakfast delivery to room.

There was blood on the wall. the room was a mess no ac no fly screens on the windows bathroom was dirty the bed had somone els hair in it there was no staff at the front desk.

We found the room very noisy and bright. It was clean. The beds had some sorttt of heated sheet. It was not very comfortable and not needed. We had to eave the window open and the fan on as it was very warm.

A no-nonsense pub style accommodation. Great position on the edge of the Launceston CBD. Nice clean room that had been updated. Is located on a busy road so plenty of traffic noise from about 6am
