Property was amazing and beautiful. I couldnt get there at check in time right away but check in was easy. I was upset that they didnt give me the room I requested. When I tried bringing up to their attention they kept telling me it was that room. However i asked for a bedroom (which should have a door seperating the living area from the bedroom) however i got what im assuming is a studio with a king bed. The room was lovely and they did assist with bedding for the futon/bed for the couch. However trying to gaslight me that the room i ordered was the room they provided was not great. I ended up just taking the room because it was late and i had my toddler with me i wasnt about to keep telling this person that they where wrong and i wasnt going to be a Karen at 10pm. It was just for a night. Other than that i was happy with our stay and it was very clean and beautiful.

The building and room looked new and very clean, and I had a pleasant stay. Guests need to park their cars in the garage with an entrance on the northeast side of the building.

It was amazing and I wish we could’ve stayed longer!!! We will definitely be back!!! I wish I could give it more than 10!!!

Very pleasant and helpful staff everywhere. Good breakfast buffet (not as good as Embassy Suites - Brookfield), nice little bar and again ... friendly staff everywhere.

It was an adequate stay. The suite was spacoius, and well maintained. The bed and furniture were clean, comfortable, and good quality. However, the lights in the suite are wonky. The various light switches throughout the room are confusing to use, because some rely on others to be in a certain position. Whoever wired this place should be relieved of their duties. The surrounding area is conjested, but full of shopping/dining options. There aren't many places for dogs to relieve themselves, so its not the most dog friendly property. Considering it is a classy joint, i expected friendly, accommodating staff. They did not meet expectations. All in all, its a nice property, but far from perfect

Facility overwall was wonderful. Rooms and common spaces clean and well attended. Small features in rooms needed attention by housekeeping staff. Wrappers left under desk and dirty marks on counters. Kitchen dishwasher appeared to need repair as dishes left from prior occupant were 'clean' but still had food residue. We did mention to the front desk person at check out to have something look into so the next guest didn't encounter. Fire alarm smoke detector was almost a strobe light and kept our kids up. Not great when we had sporting events all dsy. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Location was good. Pool was small but warm so kids loved it. Parking extremely secure. Water from tap smelled and tasted funny my kids would've drink not sure why. Again not great for athletes that need water bottles, luckily grocery store is right across the street.

It’s a very beautiful hotel that feels like you’re at home, staff was excellent.

My wife and I visit Milwaukee once a year. This was our first time staying at this hotel as it's only been open for about six months. This hotel is beautiful and it's in a really convenient location for all sorts of local attractions, shopping, etc. The hotel has a very nice secure parking garage for guests located under the building with real easy access to elevators...which are always quick to get up or down to your destination! Breakfast is included, daily, with your stay and is very good...with staff that is very attentive to the needs and comfort of the guests. Everything we dealt with was very clean and staff took great care to keep things sanitary in the food area. The second night of our three night stay was made miserable by a large group of young kids on the floor above us. They were jumping and making noise in the room directly above us, and loudly running the halls, from about 9:30pm until 2:00am. Hotel staff and management, when notified, took the matter very seriously and were mortified for our sake. Staff actually got the local police involved and then moved the group to a different location on the premises the following day so they would not interfere with other guests. The day manager, Shanae, contacted Hotels.com to inquire about getting us a refund for one night of our stay. She handled the situation with with great care for our comfort happiness! The staff here is everything one would expect them to be. We will consider staying again on our next visit
