This place is gorgeous! Very classy! High ceilings. All the staff is super friendly and professional. Its close to the main piazza. Very convenient location. There is even a close by gelato store where they sell also beers and water. Would love to come back again in the future. Loved it!!!

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff were all friendly and very helpful. The facilities were excellent, we enjoyed both the swimming pool and the beach area. We had breakfast included which was very good and we had food on the beach area which was excellent. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all what you need, beds are comfortable and big, our room overlooked the sea and it was a beautiful scene to wake up to. The hotel is within walking distance from the ferry and the town. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel and really great staff. The pier with sunbathing is just divine as is the large outdoor terrace and the evening views are just unreal.

The reviews on line do not do this property justice. It was exceptionally beautiful, recently renovated, lovely staff. The art was worthy of a museum. The breakfast buffet delicious and the view extraordinary. I don’t want to submit the review as the prices will soar once this is discovered but it is worth every penny. I’m from Los Angeles.

Spectacular hotel whose concierge services are unrivaled. The hotel has magnificent views with beautiful and spacious rooms. This hotel was the splurge of my Italy trip and it did not disappoint. You will love this hotel and its staff. In addition the Grand Hotel Europa offers first class concierge services. During my stay I needed help with a medical emergency. The hotel made arrangements for me to see a specialist immediately and delivered prescribed medication to my room. The hotel staff facilitated then advocated on my behalf above and beyond to make sure I received the medical care needed. I will forever be grateful to Valentina and the entire staff.

Great location with amazing views. Beautiful pool with additional deck below to enjoy the sea. All of the staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast is included and it was delicious. Loved our stay here and highly recommend.

We loved Sorrento and this hotel was in the perfect location for our stay. The staff service was excellent. The maid greeted us every morning when we left for breakfast with a smile and a friendly greeting and kept our room well. The room was spacious classic old-style Italian. My favorite part was the room balcony overlooking the Sea. The bathroom itself was very spacious but the shower/tub could use some updating for convenience of use. The breakfast choices were fresh and plentiful and the chef made my husband excellent omelets. The pool was well-maintained and relaxing. The servers by the pool and on the dock were wonderfully accommodating. I will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

A nice old grande dame resort; it is like a palace. Not very busy when we were there, near the end of the season. Nonetheless, good food and great service. Beautiful property.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel when my wife and I visited at the start of October 2024. Hotel is very Grand, and staff are very professional. Room was very comfortable. Great cliff side view and easy access to the town of Sorrento and its port. Would recommend, and cheaper than its immediate neighbours.

Great location, with fantastic views and close to all the dining and shopping action. The hotel is spacy, staff is friendly. It has recently been bought by new owners who will need to spend some money updating the rooms, but they were fine, and will be better after a facelift!

We only stayed for one night, but it was nice!

2 days no hot water. Noisy room. Horrible pool and beach service. No food/drinks. No towels nothing.

Our first stay in the Amalfi coast and the views from the hotel terrace were panoramic and stunning. A very special spot. Staff are courteous and friendly and ready to please. Very enjoyable and wonderful!

Loved! Great outdoor areas, pool and jetty. Loved the breakfast. Lots of areas to sit and relax indoors and out. Our twin room water facing was lovely. Appreciated tea and coffee making and fridge in room. Beautiful property. Most staff were superb
