We like the convenient location of this hotel to the church, museums and market. The secure parking is a plus and convenient. The property and the room we had were well maintained. They have a cute outdoor area in the back of the hotel you can sit The staff were friendly and spoke English. The AC and lift worked well.

We had a really good overnight stay at the Hotel Epona on our way to Italy. The room was lovely, the whole hotel is immaculate and comfortable. We will definitely stay again

We had multiple rooms for a wedding event and were very impressed with how well everything was handled by Ms Celiane at the reception. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds and great breakfast buffet variety. Definitely highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for a great experience!

Warm and friendly staff welcomed us even though we were checking in late. Beautiful room the most comfortable bed and fluffy soft towels. Great shower and toiletries. Everything looked just as you would expect from a 4 star hotel . I cannot fault this hotel . Decorated to high standard too. Friendly and accommodating and helpful. Keep up the good work .

Hotel was fairly new and room was good. Staff did the absolute minimum to resolve issues.

We stayed as a family of four with two teenagers and had a brilliant experience. The adjoining rooms gave us loads of space and privacy – perfect for families. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room had clearly been newly renovated to a high standard. Everything felt clean, modern, and well thought out. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and parking was simple and felt very safe. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Zimmer modern, aber Design und Einrichtung nicht besonders hochwertig. Personal beim Check in und out jeweils sehr freundlich. Personal der Roof-Top-Bar leider unmöglich. Wir hatten uns (zu zweit) einen schönen Platz (4er-Tisch) mit Blick auf die Kathedrale ausgesucht, wurden dann aber an einen anderen Tisch umgesetzt mit der Begründung wir seien nur zu zweit. Der andere Tisch war allerdings ebenfalls ein 4er-Tisch - hatte nur keine Aussicht. Der ursprüngliche Tisch blieb dann den übrigen Abend (zumindest solange wir da waren) leer. Das war keine tolle Idee!

Överlag topp. Frukosten lämnar lite att önska men det är ju tyvärr inte ovanligt på kontinenten. Jag glömde kvar mina hörlurar på rummet, vilket hotellet noterade mig om 20 min efter jag lämnat. Så jag kunde snabbt vända tillbaka och hämta dem.
