I travel often for work and have stayed at countless hotels, but this is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a review, that’s how incredible this property was. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The location is perfect and central, but what really set this place apart was the outstanding staff. Despite the condo-apartment style, they offered daily cleaning and turn-down service, which was such a pleasant surprise. As a mom traveling alone with two boys, safety was a top priority — and this place felt incredibly secure. The team even helped us arrange taxis and made everything seamless and stress-free. They offer complimentary coffee and all the pastries you can eat each morning, plus a charming aperitivo hour in the evenings. There’s a full washer and dryer on site (huge bonus when traveling with kids), and the room had a fridge stocked with drinks that you can refill daily from the lobby fridge — such a thoughtful touch. Out of all the places we stayed throughout Europe, this was hands-down the best. I can’t recommend it highly enough, I’ll definitely be back!

Wow, what a wonderful place to stay in Rome! The room was beautifully designed - as soon as we walked in I was struck by how elegant it was but also how roomy! The mini bar, coffee and snacks downstairs are so appreciated. I was very impressed and truly enjoyed my stay in the utmost comfort

Excellent hotel near Trevi fountain, but in a safe and secure location. The staff was very helpful, welcoming, and booked restaurant and taxi reservations for us. The hotel has free water, soda, breakfast and happy hour which was a great relaxation after a long day of walking. Would definitely stay there again. There is a gate which requires a passcode to enter - would have been nice to have that before arriving at hotel, but maybe I missed seeing that in the reservation.

We had the most amazing time staying at master Trevi. Location wise it's perfect as you can walk to all attractions and/or restaurants. The building/room was amazing, very clean and beautiful. The staff were super helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you.

Amazing location and very nice new hotel!

This hotel is LOVELY. It is perfectly located, 3 mins away from Trevi Fountain and has one of the best restaurants mere steps away. It feels like a home away from home. The amenities are top notch, the little extras are priceless and it smells soo good. They treat you so well that you don’t want to leave. It’s a lovely place, super clean, heated bathroom floors, comfy bed and very secure.

This deserves a 11 out of 10. I have never ever written a review during my travels but Master Trevi deserves a mention for the hospitality, seamless communication, comfort and value. I wish the trevi team all the best and success!

This was a great location in the heart of the Trevi Fountain area of Rome. We originally overlooked this hotel since it is fairly new and did not have much reviews at the time, but I am so glad we stayed here. Rooms were super comfortable and the staff was super helpful from booking to during our stay. They offered self serve breakfast, coffee, and drinks in their lobby which was awesome. If I am ever back in Rome, we will definitely consider staying here again.

Unbelievable hotel went on our honeymoon and they were lovely the nicest of staff and gorgeous rooms. We will definitely be going again. And would recommend it to anyone.

Hidden gem in the very busy Trevi area

It’s the one place you need to book when visiting Rome, right in the heart of the city and everything you need within a very short distance away. Stone throw away from the Trevi fountain and with many local eateries around. The rooms are exceptional, service is excellent and you’ll receive an elevated guest experience. Look forward to going back

It was trip with my mother and 5-years old daughter and everything was excellent! The localisation is perfect- close to bus and metro, and ofc to main tourist attractions. The stuff is very nice, hospitality and helpful. The room was quiet, clean (it was the cleanest hotel in my life) and comfy. Very nice surprise was an open bar in lounge - it’s not typical full bar, but anyway there is always sth to drink, croissants, tea and coffee in the morning, so you will not go sightseeing with your stomach empty;) Highly recommend to everyone and for sure will choose once again if there will be any opportunity to go to Rome once again.
