There was a bit of a musty smell in the room, but it was comfortable to stay in, breakfast was good, and the location was fantastic -- right by the tram stop and the cathedral!

The place was beyond what I expected for the price. Location is amazing in the heart of the cuteness of Strasbourg. Quiet. Lovely staff (thank you for your kindness).

The location is amazing! Staff is so friendly and helpful. They met us at the door upon our arrival and assisted us up to our room with our bags. The breakfast is worth the money you pay. Everything was lovely. It's a great value.

This property is in a great location! It accommodated our family of three perfectly. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Internet is not adapt for Business. Basic web service are restricted by firewall ( YouTube, TuneIn ). Nice position for visiting the city. Price is hight for s two/three star hotel without breakfast. There is not a proper desk to use a PC. Warm water takes a while for shower.

Our stay was short, but the room was good for the amount of time we spent there. Breakfast was ok. I felt bad for the poor employee who landed the job of managing the large amount of customers who did NOT appreciate the amount of food availabile. It seemed the demand for breakfast overwhelmed what was available. She handled it so professionally. She never lost her cool. I would stay again. It was very close to everything, reasonably priced, clean, safe, and practical.

This is a small, very well located hotel, with great service a lots of character. We spent a weekend in Strasbourg and this hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway. The location is fantastic and convenient and the service was outstanding.

Just opposite east railway station. Only 2 minutes walk to hotel. The room is clean and warm. The bed is confort. The breakfast is good but should pay 12 Euro. I think it is worthy. The check in staff is kind and helpful.

The hotel was in a good location, but parking and getting our luggage to the hotel was difficult. There was not an option to pull up to drop off luggage. The hotel was ok.

We loved how close we were to the cathedral. Excellent breakfast . Our main complaint was the other tourists, who took no care to keep quiet at 3 am. (A large person would have difficulty fitting in the bathroom).

Hotel location can't be beat! Just off the tram station, minutes from Petit France or the Cathedral area. The building is older and therefore has some older-building features (no elevator (though they have a few first-floor rooms), no AC (but the windows open), squeaky floors), but it is nicely decorated and furnished and very clean. We heartily enjoyed our two-night stay there and will definitely be back next time we're in Strasbourg. The breakfast was good, and the front-desk staff were friendly.

Cheap and basic.. but in a great loction... the rooms are small and the building is obviously quite old.. but it's well decorated and good value

Great location! The rooms are very small along with a very small bed. The bathrooms need to have a makeover. It was however easy to cheek in, and check out. We didn't have breakfast at this hotel because it was too pricy. This hotel is nothing special and overpriced for what you get.

Hotel in good location. Very difficult to reach by car and the nearby parking lot was full. We had to park the car about 2 kms away and then take luggage with us. Room was dark with little lighting. Didn't try the breakfast.

After check-in everything seemed ok, but during the night it was far too hot (no AC, only a fan!) and far too noisy when windows were opened. Windows were opening to a small narrow street which looked nice at first, but just before morning it got very very noisy and it was difficult to sleep. Breakfast was nice, though could've been higher variety to choose from. Location is GREAT - just few minutes from the Cathedral and not too far from beautiful Petite France.

The location was excellent. The weather and the rooms were hot but we slept okay with the windows open since there was not much street noise at night. We were on the third floor which meant lots of stairs and a maze of corridors. Otherwise, the room was clean and functional.

Hotel is elegant and well located off Tram lines A/D and inside historic district. Staff very helpful and breakfast was good. Huge drawback in that room had no air conditioning which made the 100+ degree heat difficult to live/sleep through. But for lack of A/C, this is a top pick for the price.
