The host, Pete, was extremely welcoming and informative. The property was on a busy street, and we enjoyed watching the hustle & bustle of the small city. However, our first floor bedroom was located in the quiet rear of the house, so we slept peacefully. A ten minute walk got us to the main attractions of The Roman Baths and The Abbey.

Great place, great location, great price! The host was so welcoming and provided us with plenty of recommendations for things to see in Bath. The rooms had plenty of amenities and I loved the commitment to the Georgian-style decor. Absolutely stay here if you're coming to Bath!

Absolute must-visit in Bath! First of all, the host Pete is a real gem. Extremely friendly, full of great recommendations and general knowledge of the area, he made me feel extremely welcome. Room(s)/facilities: Both the room, the bed itself and lounge area with sofas were charming, and came equipped with plenty of towels and toiletries. Pete also said that if ever I needed anything replenishing, that I could just send a message, and he did check up on me, which was very kind. Area: lovely quiet area, art museum and a few pubs/restaurants nearby; easily walkable into town (5 mins to Pulteney Bridge). Food: food wasn't available at this property, HOWEVER, I only mention this because I would note this as a bonus, as there a plethora of options in town, which means you get to get out and explore. Milk and tea/coffee options were provided, which was more than enough and very much appreciated. Overall: I had a wonderful visit, loved my time in Bath and will definitely be returning. I recommend to anybody visiting Bath to stay here, you wont regret it.
