Bed and Roof overhead, locks on the doors are solid. Did have someone sleeping in the communal area though and all doors open aside from bedrooms at 2am.

Walkable to the train station and cruise terminals. But the property was pootly maintained. Our room locked but the common front door doesn't lock and is not secure. There was peeling paint in our room, no control of room heat, no towels, no cups, no control over shower water temperature and no remote for the very small TV.

It is old, tired, patched up, broken lights, messy, needs maintenance and paint. But worse, there was no towel but I got one from a staff member, but it was a waste of time as there was only a trickle of water and even after 10 minutes, no hot water. But worst of all, the smoke alarm was dead (I know about them) and it was a very long way down to the only fire exit. If I could give it a zero I would. Take it off your list.

Terrible house

After reading recent reviews we brought our own bedding thankfully. First impressions on entering the property was that it was basically an MRO or like a Uni accommodation. The carpets were fairly new which was something. We were in room 22 right at the top of the house which was ok. We entered the key code in to the room but basically a good hard shove would have probably opened it. Well Stripped back the duvet from the beds to find p…. Hair on one of them. So we we were t going to use that one as there were only 2 of us. There were crumbs over the chair. We didn’t think it had been cleaned but turns out it had been. I switched the fan but It was hanging on by a wire and the noise!!. Sent a text to get a new fan but that didn’t come. The beds were lumpy. Springs missing. We moved one of the mattresses on top of the bed that we were not going to use by the window as we would have not been able to breathe in the night. The bed base was broke and there was a small plastic bag on it. Obvious what that was used for. There was a kettle and tea and coffee that was the best bit about it. The carpet was clean so we felt ok to put our bags on it. The bathroom would of been ok if the tap wasn’t broken and there was no hot water from the tap or shower!! Tv did not work and shower tray filled up with water. Loft cover was open so we worried about someone jumping out. Pictures show towels but there weren’t any, we always bring our own but total false advertising

Great location and very good price. We stayed after a concert. So literally just slept there. Good that some parking was available too. V basic room but clean & airy. Tea and coffee facilities were good. No towels for bathroom or hand soap so that was abit of a shame. We got a little confused by the digital door key pads but the staff were v helpful and showed us how to use. Comfy beds and somewhere to rest before heading back off. Not the usual guest house or B&B set up but was clean, good location and what we needed.

Not great at all most things broken shower taps etc . No TV Needs a good refurb really .

For the money you really couldn’t beat it. I read some bad reviews and was anxious but it was actually ok. I would recommend if your on a budget it’s the place to stay.

We arrived at our hotel after an 8 hour drive and when we went to the door of the property one of the neighbours shouted 'I wouldn't go in there it's a sh!£hole!' We went in to find our room door wide open, the photos show the state of the room.

Property is tired, room not aired and smelled fusty. Body hair in sink plughole and shower. No towels, message request not answered. Kitchen area full of dirty pots, lack of cutlery and crockery for eating Access doors Pin Pads not working, rear door unsecured. ? Non residents noted sleeping in chairs in communal areas at 05:30

No hot water front door was broken

My short opinion will be that that bad wasn’t perfectly clear. I couldn’t get to the Property because no one responded on the call. I was late because I was coming back from my country. Also the shower did not work and there was a kettle but there was not hot coffee notvtea

Easy check in/out. Good location and a quiet building. Mattress was a bit uncomfortable but overall this place is good value for money

No parking

Do not stay here! I thought well all I need is a clean on suite room with a decent bed as its only to sleep when working. I have not slept in a bed that bad ever, the springs were coming through and you could feel them. The room smelt and there was dirt and rubbish behind the drawers ans tea spilt down the wall. The kettle was so old it looked risky, mirror left down on the floor where it has come off the wall. Curtains were dirty and didn't close and heating was off room was freezing. This was a huge mistake.

Avoid this accommodation like "The Plague" The front door wasnt' secure. The side gate was off its hinges therefore the code supplied was useless! The 2x side entrances were open (anyone could have walked in off-the-street and gained access! My room(No.10)door key-pad didnt respond 2 the code I was given. A resident gentleman I spoke with told me "they" the owner/s property management were always extremely slow to replace the batteries in the electronic key pad & they regularly failed/ran out? When I(eventually)got through to the contact number I was given (should there be any issues?) the lady said she hadn't actually visited this property ,hence couldn't be of much assistance? She did say someone from housekeeping would be present in a few minutes & may be able to help? After 25mins I got sick of waiting & booked into a proper hotel in the city centre at a great additional cost! I wished i'd just stuck to the latter choice initially following my stressful ordeal! Never again!!!

upon arrival the state of the property was shocking . there was no one to greet us and after phoning the number given for 30 minutes a guy answered and told me my room number and the code to get in . However the room was already occupied ! I telephoned again to be given another room number and another code , however the room on had one double bed and did not sleep 3 ! Again after another call was given another room number and code , this room had three single beds which had not been made , room was filthy , NO TOWELS so could not use the shower , loft hatch which was open and would not shut . We went to our daughters for tea on arrival back could not access the property at all . Rang the guy again and was told to go round the back as the back door was always open . Anyone could gain access ! . We baracaded the door as it had no internal locking system which worried us as I had been given so may codes to rooms that anyone could have come in . We decided not to stay there and left to stay at our daughters , had to buy a camping bed for me and my son while my wife slept on her sofa . Would not recommend this property to anybody . Do not bother staying here . The pictures on the website are nothing like what you encounter and there is no safety in place at all .
