A fine place to stay. Appliances all good. Bathroom nice. Bed was good. Spacious. I might be reluctant to stay in warmer weather. The building is warm, cools off fine if it’s cool outside. No AC. Fans provided. Our unit had two doors to the balcony.

The location is perfect. You're literally right around the corner from all things. It's a 10 minute walk if that's to Westminster Abbey. Another 3 minutes and you're at Big Ben. There is a fantastic Italian restaurant right down the street. There are tons of Tesco's right around the corner so if you forgot anything you can easily pick something up right there. The bathrooms were fully stocked with full sized shampoos conditioners and lotion. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots pans plates utensils anything you need it's there. My only gripe is I wish the instructions for checking in were a little easier. I also wish the washer dryer came with instructions. I also wish the room that has a shower only had other options other than a rain head shower. This applies specifically for those men and women of color who don't want to wash their hair every single time they take a shower. Outside of that this is the best location this was the best unit we were on the 8th floor My family loved it, the kids were comfortable they had a great time. The next time we are ever in London I can guarantee we will stay here again.

The family really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space inside the apartment and the location is super close to all of the major sites.

Fabulous location, great rooms!

Great place

The reviews for sure were most accurate. It is very warm inside the flat and you must keep all doors and windows open all day or it’s very hot at night. However they do provide 4 fans which is nice. The outside space in the picture on the rooftop has signs that say only for property owners. Which make it unclear if it’s available for use as a renter. Beds are very nice. The construction is 7days a week. Very close and very loud with doors open. With doors close can’t hear a thing. But then it gets warm. The location is perfect for all the attractions. We are very glad we stayed at this location it was a perfect London experience for a family from the United States.

I had work on Victoria street and this location allowed me to be very close. Nice apartment, clean, nice bed, nice bathroom. I'll be back.

Excellent location and property maintenance.

The location and the windows were the only positive thing about this place. The couch had visible stains and an unpleasant odor, so we had to cover it with a blanket to sit and watch TV. It smelled like old furniture and sweat. Additionally, there was continuous construction noise from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., including drilling. Although closing the windows helped reduce the noise, the lack of air conditioning and airflow forced us to keep them open, making it difficult to avoid the drilling. I believe the rental company should disclose this information to future renters.

Terrific location for a walkable trip to the big name sights for a walkable adventure! I can't wait to stay here again!

Nice place but no air conditioner. The furniture needs to be replaced. The keypad needs to be upgraded..

Het appartement was heerlijk groot, met echt een mega balkon en lag op de perfecte locatie. Het was behoorlijk stil in de nacht voor midden in Londen. We hebben genoten samen met onze twee kinderen. Kleine puntjes ter verbetering: het is heel warm binnen. Na het uitzetten vd verwarming en openzetten van alle ramen, was dat redelijk opgelost. Iedere nacht gaat er heel luid en kort 1 keer een alarm af. Alsof de batterij vd rookmelder leeg was. We konden zelf niet ontdekken waar het vandaag kwam. Laatste kleine verbetering. Even erbij vermelden dat je bij de eerste keer inchecken de code op het kleine zwarte boxje moet intypen en niet op de normale toetsen die tegen de muur hangen. Wij hebben wel even staan duwen voordat we het doorhadden. 😁. Verder was alles echt prima!!
