Very clean room. Bed a bit bouncy

Pretty much the only hotel in the area, so pleased to have found it. It is quite basic, as one might expect, but it does the job. English is not the first language of any of the staff that I met, but they are pleasant and friendly, and we got by with a little patience on my part.

Room was far too hot. Awake at 5am due to the temperature. Corridors absolutely stunk of weed. Other than that, you get what you pay for. No glass for water.

The stay was very nice. Finding they charged my credit card twice more after I had already paid was a little surprising. I will happily change my review when I get my refund for the excess charges.

Good check in, clean room but very basic. Can’t complain as it was what you would expect for the price. Very clean.

Clean, tidy, well located (5 mins walk from station). Staff very helpful and cheery. Breakfast was a little disappointing for £12.

Last minute decision to travel and this place was very close to the venue I was going to. Paid for all inclusive accommodation with Expedia however the property did not offer this service. Looking to get my money back, not sure how.

No hot water for 2 days. No good. Room was cold.

This is a very simple , clean, cheap hotel that gives you a bed for the night. And small food items if required. No complaints at all. Doesn’t look aesthetically pleasing from outside but inside, it is fine. Staff member on reception was excellent, and housekeeping staff helpful.

Very basic room which you expect for the price, clean and tidy enough. Looking tired and carpets need a change!

The hotel is very convenient for the station and easy to walk into the town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Basic but clean and more than adequate for a couple of nights.
