The sapphire hotel Blackpool is dirty dated and in poor condition the double bed was broke the bunk beds where wobbly and unstable and the room was filthy and mould windows

I haven't checked in just because i was stuck in the traffic..and the hotel did not let me inn

The hotel was in the bar and look good from the outside but there was no parking and the hotel room it’s self was really bad mold growing up the walls and one of the room the ceiling was falling apart I wouldn’t stay here if you paid me the staff was lovely but the hotel it’s self was horrible avoid all cost I found another hotel straight away

The room need a refurb as wall paper ripped and the door handle hanging off and shower doors dirty

The place needs refurbishing. But for £24 a night I am not complaining. Very friendly staff. I only used it for one night whilst in Blackpool for an event.

Very Basic and does need a good clean. The main thing is that the beds were comfy and clean bedding. So for a cheep hotel night you can expect to get what you pay for.

Basic room but bed was comfortably. Fire alarm was goin of at 1 in morning

Was a little apprehensive after reafing some reviews. Arrived and was greeted by a lovely guy, very pleasant friendly and helpful. Room was clean and warm, bedding and towels were spotless. Not the Hylton but what can you expect for such a cheap stay.? Would definitely stay again.

Room was awfull stains on the floor all the draws where falling apart..dust everywhere..no remote for the t.v...would never ever stay there again...horrible

Absolutely hated it from start to finish unfortunately.. on arrival we were told there was no as we had to book which we were unaware of and only booked because it stated parking was an option. Also you had to walk through the bar to get to your room with children is not ideal with drunk people dancing and you had to struggle through. the room was time no room to swing a cat the toilet still had urine in that was stagnant and the room was filthy with stains.. the stay was also not great as we found silverfish and the guest walking in and around was noisy and slamminv doors .. also we have autistic children and the fire alarm sounded and the kids were panicking and screaming we went down to find it was the smoke machine from the bar ...

Chris the bar man from spain is great little guy up for a laugh and very welcoming

Dated facilities but as expected apart from communication as a question was asked when booking that remained unanswered around a week later

Very outdated room not as decribed on your website, or photos of room allocated. Staff friendly but not a clue what was going on. And deffo not smoke free and family friendly with the very strong smell of cannabis! Sink and toilet were leaking, dangerous extension cables in use, valve off radiator came off when trying to adjust temperature. Broken/damaged furniture and mattress might as well have been in the floor it was so low, not great for someone with back/mobility problems. We checked out as early as we got up and no members of staff were around at 9 am as we left .

Nice position on the prom, and the staff on reception were very friendly. The bar area and front were nice, good halloween decorations. Rooms ok, hot water in the shower and bed was comfy. The problem we had was v noisy guests at night

Overall experience of the sapphire hotel is fantastic would definately recommend and stay again

Was average prob expected with price. Smell of damp wasn’t ideal.

Nice B&B great location comfy bed clean and tidy. Good value would stay again

Triple room was like a prison cell. Big stains on the carpet. Bed was that low it was like sleeping on the floor and it was lumpy! Think dust on the headboard. Bathroom was like an old fashioned cupboard! Hairs in the shower and on the walls, plus the sink leaked and made the flooring soaking wet. Very noisy and the fire door outside our room C9 banged every time someone went through it. Didn’t sleep a wink!
