There was no communication on how to acquire the keys before arrival. We was not notified before arrival that keys had to be collected in a seperate building and we never received a code to the entrance of the building so most of the time we had to wait outside for someone to open the door or pray it wasn’t locked. When I called the office for the code for the entrance they did not tell me how to acquire and never sent me a email or message. Overall accommodation was well looked after and was a pleasant stay but just needs more communication with emails etc
