My family and I really enjoyed staying at The Pilsley Inn. A very curated hotel in an amazing setting. The whole family loved it and is really raccomended.

This was hands down the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and cheery. They made us feel at home and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The wait staff was exceptional as well. The food was excellent, the setting idyllic, and location walkable to The Chatsworth House! We could not wait to write a glowing review as we cannot recommend this hotel enough! We suggest you give your entire staff a raise as they were top notch and whoever hired them should be given a medal:)

I am so happy we stayed at the Pilsley Inn. It is located in a lovely little village just outside of Chatsworth House. I felt like I had stepped back in time. We only stayed one night as our itinerary was very full, but I would definitely recommend this Inn. the people were friendly, and it was a perfect stay for my English holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at the Pilsley Inn. The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality food and a great variety to start the day. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and the setting is both charming and ideally located for visiting Chatsworth House. Staying on the estate provided added benefits for access to Chatsworth, which enhanced the overall experience. What truly stood out, however, was the staff, especially Emma. They were exceptionally helpful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. Thoughtful touches, such as the option to have fresh flowers in the room, made the experience feel even more special. We would highly recommend staying here and would gladly return.

Very welcome stay in lovely surroundings

The inn was conveniently located near Chesterfield train station and within walking distance of the Chatsworth House. We ended up eating at there two nights in a row! The breakfast was also beyond expectations. Bed was very comfortable and the room was great.

Location, location, location! A rural pub with surrounding rooms within the Chatsworth estate. Lovely staff, great food , clean, simple accommodation.

Lovely place. Pleasant staff. Very clean. Beautiful stop over for visit to Chatsworth.

Lovely hotel, excellent service and very clean. We had a small issue checking in but this was soon resolved. The village is very quiet, nothing else to do there, so you do need to travel to the other villages if you want other pubs/dining/shops etc.
