Lovely spacious room for my family of 4. Clean, ample towels, and bedding. General areas all clean, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Parking was easy and onsite, and it's great how close you are walking distance into Lyndhurst high street. Breakfast was very nice and had plenty of choice. Huge thanks!

Great breakfast.

We stayed in an apartment for the night. It was very spacious and freshly decorated, if a little sparsely. The property is pretty tired on the outside but fortunately was fine inside. It was a very reasonable price for 3 bedrooms. Only issue was a lot of road noise in the front bedroom.

Room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful, Breakfast choice very good and food very good, ample parking. Loved the cycling theme around the Hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is superb.Very dog friendly, even gave our dog a sausage. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very near the high street and the National Park. Highly recommend.

A very comfortable stay. We arrived late and had a friendly check in. The hotel was very clean and our room was comfortable with everything we needed. A good breakfast the next morning too. Will absolutely stay again.

Friendly helpful staff. I travelled with my dog and she was made very welcome - even getting her own sausage at breakfast. Great shower in the room. Would stay again when passing through. The only downside was the uncomfortable pillows.

This was a great value Hotel and we will have no hesitation in booking again. Nothing elaborate and in a fairly old building, this hotel offered everything you will need. The stairs to our room at the top were steep but the bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the towels large and fluffy. Tea and coffee with a kettle were in the room. The breakfast included was really lovely. Full English with extras included. The town was in walking distance with pubs, shops, restaurants and an excellent Fish and Chip take away or eat in which we thoroughly enjoyed. The New Forest was on the doorstep. A great position for access to all we wanted. We will definitely be booking again when we next visit the area.

Small single room but airy and comfortable. Road noise was a bit of a problem but not unbearable. Would stay here again.
