It was clean and calm and in a very good location.

Breakfast great and really lovely breakfast host. Easy to park on street.

There is plenty of shops close by fish and chip shops restaurants arcades beach a short walk

If I could give the Burlington more than 5 stars then I would. Amazing place. It had everything I wanted, was wonderfully clean, the staff were superb and the cooked breakfast was superb. I will be back and will be looking forward to doing so.

From the rustic external appearance to the smart, clean, spacious rooms right through the self check in process and the lovely breakfast. Tgis venue was fabulous. 100% recommend staying here. When we are back in the UK we would not hesitate to book again.

Spotless room with lots of space and table and chairs which is always a bonus. Well stocked tea tray. Very helpful staff. Very quite unable to hear other guests. Ideal situation just off sea front and near town’s facilities

Lovely room, water, tea, coffee, biscuits. Comfy bed, nice towels. Heating not great (it was a really cold night) but understand radiators are being upgraded very soon. Breakfast lovely, great staff, private car park (limited spaces). Would stay again.

The breakfast was fresh as I saw it being cooked each day Parking is limited 1st come 1st served but there is a parking lot about 5 minutes I parked there the 1st night no problems for me The room was great got everything that you could want Will stay again when I am in the area

It was a very pleasant stay. Breakfast amazing, everything well looked after and clean. A really well run venue.

Very clean. Quiet. Helpful staff and good breakfast. Only downside was the plastic mattress cover. They are a personal annoyance as they cause excess sweating. Would stay again.

Nice spacious room very clean. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk and bottled water. The little fridge was handy too. Maxine was the perfect host. The breakfast was freshly cooked and was lovely. We will certainly stay here again.
