The London Inn is a good place for Bed & Breakfast on the outskirts of Cheltenham. It's about a mile East of the centre, on the A40 (which is not the trunk road at this point, carrying mainly local traffic into the town). On-street parking was possible on the main road - the side road had no spaces when I tried. Its location means there was a bit of road noise (I had a room with a lot of window area facing the road, but there was secondary double glazing which kept it manageable. The bed was fine and the shower and wifi both worked well (not at the same time). The room had a large TV, with Freeview including the radio channels.
The staff were exceptionally helpful - someone had been smoking in my room the night before and they tried hard to freshen it (the previous person had apparently also damaged the bathroom, but that was all fixed before I arrived).
They serve a decent pint downstairs - even though it was a Saturday night there was no problem with late drinkers or noise. A cooked vegetarian breakfast was good.
