Great place to stay! The owners were very welcoming and friendly. A very lovely B&B and the room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent! I would highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

Gabriella and Dominic were wonderful hosts. This is a small B&B and is being updated and improved. You can feel their love for the house. Bedroom and en-suite were clean and comfortable. Everything you needed was well planned out. The breakfast was devine. A very pleasant eating area. The driveway is a little tight but achievable. Thank you both for a very pleasant stay and if in sittingbourne again we will definitely stay here.

stayed here before and love the place. The room is tastefully decorated as is the house. The bed super comfortable and sheets top notch, so smooth and cosy. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Hosts friendly and helpful as always. Cute seating area in the garden, plenty of parking and easy access to town, public transport. Will definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed my weekend stay here. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice in a lovely conservatory. There is a little garden out the back with tables, chairs and fairy lights and the front gardens were full of flowers. There was plenty of parking available on the grounds. I would recommend this bed and breakfast and I would definitely stay here again. Dawn.

Hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much for them. Clean and homely. Parking great, enjoyed the garden and breakfast was first class.

We were welcomed warmly into The Beaumont by Dominic and Gabriella. Friendly, chatty hosts who told us they were new owners and had been there 6 months and in the process of some refurbishing but keeping with the features of the hotel. Looking great! They showed us around the breakfast lounge and conservatory, the lounge, entrance door and how to get in/out and then on up to our room. Had all the amenities we needed. The Yorkshire tea was definitley a plus being from Yorkshire and very proud of our tea! We preordered our breakfast (which was included in our stay) and the time we would like to have it. Couldn't of been more helpful! My partner and I both commented how well we slept, even though ear plugs were people idea being roadside, we didnt need these as wasn't much noise at all! Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, and free tea/coffee and continental breakfast to help ourselves to! Absolutley delicious. Checked out for 10am - little chat with Dominic and Gabriella as we left. Absolute bargain of a stay. The hosts also made it for us too. We will return as we do also have family in the local area. Had a lovely experience at the Beaumont, cozy rooms and good amenities with a great breakfast selection. Super friendly hosts who went above and beyond to make our Valentine's day stay extra special. Definitely recommend!

Great B&B run by a lovely couple, perfect for an overnight stay. Delicious, generous breakfast. We did experience a little noise from the road, but ear plugs were provided & it didn't impact on our stay. Would definitely recommend and return if we were in the area.
