This was a lovely stay. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was soooo comfy! Lots of tea and coffee in the room and lovely and warm.

Horrendous grotty smelly place avoid at all costals

Room was fine but it was very loud in the area in the night. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep.

Room was immaculate, bed was very comfortable and room was spacious with a shower. The staff in Pub downstairs are very welcoming and friendly, plus drinks are great value. I have stayed here twive and would always choose here if staying in Boro again for value and quality of the stay.

Clean room , professional dedicated staff who are hard working and impressively they've not taken up any small offers I've made that would have meant they would have had less work to do. I stopped suggesting things in the end because not one of them were interested and it dawned on me that that's why the property is so well managed and standards high . My offers made sense to me but to them it didn't and thats why it's a great success

Good location for shopping and transport. Great staff, clean room and I recommend to anyone who wants a budget price for a premium stay.

Its a nice comfortable place for the price. Its in a decent location, around the corner from the High Street, theres plenty of food options in the area also, some locals pubs too. If you do like a drink there is a cosy pub downsatirs that offers a selection of drinks a reasonable prices.

Liked the staff great banter and good crack with other patrons to be had aswell only stayed 2nights but had a great time. Thankyou

Came to stay for an early morning interview. Was on train and delayed so was worried I might not make it. The owners were great and reassured me. Clean tidy too. Lovely comfy bed and quiet.
