No welcoming communication from reception or bar staff - the hotel management seem to have employed a skimping strategy in terms of quality and quantity on basics:- towels, toilet paper, toiletries, tea, coffee, (over) cooked breakfast ingredients served without any pleasantries or flair.
Overpriced for what was provided / served. A couple of staff were pleasant enough but most were pretty ignorant and dismissive - an easy fix with a bit of basic training and occasional but effective supervision.
