Disappointing to find a high parking charge on arrival, food and drinks very expensive, we saw several couples go to the pub across the road. Road noise when trying to sleep was irritating, not as good sound insulation as other hotels we have stayed in.

Great short stay before sons graduation. The prices for a four star hotel was amazing.will be my new go to for any Welsh over night stays

Great modern hotel, staff were really friendly. Very nicely set out with bar and restaurant. Had a live singer on that finished too early.

Excellent hotel great location

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They allowed us to check in a little early to help with our plans. The room was so spacious, up to date and new. The bathroom was the same and had an amazing shower! The room had blackout curtains and the room was sound proof so the sleep was great. There was a good range for breakfast and we enjoyed it. Most certainly will return when back in the area.

Lovely hotel very clean smells fresh breakfast sausages was to well done quiet hard asked kitchen staff for boiled eggs but didn’t realise you got to request them with is silly as people not a lover of scrambled egg or fried egg and surprised there was no tomatoes breakfast options but apart from that, I give it a five star

All the staff members were excellent n welcoming. Hotel well located of the motorway,ample parking,breakfast excellent. I would recommend the hotel to friends n relatives.

Busy on check in, had booked a premium room on an adult only floor. Really impressed. Access to the lounge to enjoy a free drink and snack in the evening and a pastry and coffee in the morning. Well worth the stay

This was out first time here, and they were very friendly, booked us in for dinner nice and easy. All staff very helpful and attentive.

Loved this hotel from the staff at front desk to the restaurant bar team. Amazing value and rooms were so lovely with amazing bathrooms clean and super comfortable beds. The carpark was convenient and most of all the food was delicious 💯 percent worth every penny

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Especially the breakfast Maitre D who went out of his way to be helpful and add tomatoes to my full English breakfast. Not so helpful on overnight resident parking charges at £12 per night. Quite an unpleasant surprise!

Check in took a while! Other than that, absolutely fantastic. Service was great. Private rooms and no sound from next door. Gorgeous showers! Definitely stay again
