At check in we find out the entire building is out of hot water, going to the room we heard multiple phone conversations through closed doors due to 1-2 inch spaces at the bottom of every door (which explains the ear plugs in the bathroom) the room was ok but not even close to what we expected. Room was very bright during the night which made sleeping extremely difficult especially with a toddler. To make matters worse my wife was scratching and itching all night to wake up to bites all over her arms, legs, feet and stomach while my toddler had bites on her legs, neck and back. Guess what STILL no hot water to shower with, long story short the wife had an allergic reaction to the bed bugs and was covered with rashes for a few days. Needless to say we will NOT be back.

Fairly clean. Very friendly staff. Shoutout to Shaban from the catering team. Me and my partner really enjoyed talking to him every morning. He's the best!

Place was nice and clean but we were not advice that our room was not on the main building and was a little inconvenient having to go from one place to another for breakfast or questions

I've stayed here a few times. It's older but it has a character to it I kinda like. The front desk couldn't find my reservation right away and had to look a little harder but it worked out. Price is good.

Though the property and room were a little dated, the room was big and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ala carte and excellent. No drama check in and check out

How do you say the other building in a smaller room due to their water being out? Also, they don’t have a pool and it was in Florida and 90° every day.

Very nice place to stay, with free breakfast

No hot water, they did not tell us when we checked in so we found out when going to take showers the next day. Ended up with no water at all. We were given a discount to make up for it but I don’t think it makes up for no showers for 4 days. The staff was very nice and were apologetic.

Not the best stay if you want to sleep and stay comfortably. There was a lot of dust and broken window shade for people to see inside room.

The front desk person was so sweet and let us know that there was no hot water and it was up to us to stay. She did send us to the other building that had hot water but no double bed , so she said we would get a full refund. Breakfast was really good!! All the staff were super nice!!

We did not have hot water, they siad that the hot-water-furnice was broken and will take 5 days to repair it. building is old and moldy. DO NOT GO THERE
