We stayed in the tipi unexpectedly after we learned the reservation we thought we had in the park did not exist. We were skeptical but couldn’t have been happier with the unique experience. Had we known, we would have prepared a little differently, but it was an excellent experience. The accommodations including the bed, the bathroom, the breakfast are, the fire pit and the common room were all great. What a happy accident.

We traveled from Australia and wanted an accommodation experience that was different. This place was it. The hosts were amazing and most welcoming to us and showed us around the property. We enjoyed meeting other guests around the fire pit in the evening. The experience was amazing I would highly recommend this property. The bedding was the MOST luxurious bedding we slept in while travelling for 2 weeks. We felt safe and loved our stay.

One of the coolest places I have ever stayed! The attention to detail on every level is perfect. The decor is beautiful and clean. The tipi itself was furnished beautifully with a fan and heater and even bed heaters! The private bathroom for each tipi with oil diffusers, complimentary soaps and shampoo, and hairdryer was above and beyond. Every night up at the main lodge they light the fire pit and pop fresh popcorn. There are a plethora of board games to choose from and a view to die for.

Such courteous staff. Heated mattresses and a small room heater so we didn't get too cold. I would have liked some eggs and bacon for the price i paid but not something that would keep me from coming back. Overall excellent stay!

Comfortable, clean, quiet teepee lodging just outside the north entrance to Yellowstone. Clean, private bathroom for each unit. Secure from wildlife. Host Christopher was very friendly and helpful on check-in and throughout the evening. We stayed in October and the temperature was in the 40’s overnight, but with the heated mattress pad and electric heater, we were warm & cozy all night. Only negative was a shortage on outlets to charge phones, have heater & lamps plugged in at the same time.

Our first glamping experience, and it was a great one! Yellowstone Tipis is excellent!! It’s clean, the tipis are spacious, bathroom is clean, and the beds are heated, which is a must when the temperature is 33 degrees Fahrenheit at nigh, and more importantly, the staff are very kind and helpful. I would go back to Yellowstone Tipis again .

We were enjoying the parks so much that we decided to stay an extra night in Gardiner at Yellowstone Tipis, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made! For the first time, I was grateful for my 4 AM wake-up call. The night sky, illuminated by a full moon and countless stars, was absolutely breathtaking. We spent an hour outside, mesmerized by the beauty of it all, with elk calls echoing in the distance. The tipi itself was perfect. We stayed in late September when the temperatures dipped into the low forties at night, but the heated beds made all the difference. I kept my side of the bed off while my husband turned his all the way up, giving us the flexibility to customize our comfort. The electric heater kept the space cozy without ever feeling too warm or cold. There was also a well-placed power strip for charging devices or plugging in a CPAP or other medical equipment. The bathroom is just a short walk away, well-lit, and very warm—no need for a flashlight thanks to the lit pathways. There’s also a lovely seating area both inside and outside the tipi for relaxing. But the real highlight of our stay was the incredible managers. They were so kind, friendly, and accommodating—we felt like we made lifelong friends. It was a bit sad to leave, but we’ll absolutely be back for a longer stay next time.

Christopher was fantastic! So very helpful and thoughtful. Other staff nice too. The tipi was so special and unique. Very comfortable even though the bathroom was not attached but rather a doable short walk distance ~ not the greatest if you are a nite visitor. Unfortunately we felt that the breakfast was lacking in quality and options given the daily rates. Cheers ~ Wg
