Nice property and friendly staff. Things to know: $50/day resort fee on top of your room rate Nothing is in walkable distance. Must take hotel shuttle, or other driving services. If most of your activities are on the island maybe consider a different location. Traffic is horrible in PB so 4 or 5 miles takes about 20 min. The barn door in the bathroom is ridiculous. It does not close all the way leaving the toilet exposed. This was annoying. Had to shimmy a towel between the massive gap for privacy.

The hotel looks & smells fantastic. It’s a beautiful new property. It’s very quaint & peaceful by the adult pool. The service by the pool was great. We had a young man from Colorado and he was hustling. All of the people around the pool were tidying & working hard. It was very clean. Our room was beautiful & stocked with everything. This is a very nice resort for a quick getaway. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.

Very nice Property I will definitely come back for business and or golfing. I would not bring my wife back again because there was not enough activities or nightlife to keep her busy otherwise incredible property great value for the money great staff great everything they should be very proud and they’re just four months old.

New hotel nice rooms and restaurant service very pleasant. There are no amenities to support resort fee of $50 daily and valet parking very expensive compared to other hotels this was $48 daily.

Elevators barely work. Spa massages are $280 A PERSON. Hot tubs aren’t even hot. Food is insanely expensive at their restaurants. Valet fee of $48 per day. Resort fee of $50 per day. Room service closes super early. Gym barely has anything in it. After checking out, I received my invoice and it didn’t match my bank statement at all. I got charged wayyy more than what my invoice said. Overall just way too expensive for what they offer.

Very nice place to stay, food was great and the pools were amazing! Best place in the area.

We had a lovely breakfast with Dana, she was womderful. We also enjoyed dinner with Lexie and she was so attentive and great with her presentation of dessert, im so glad she talked us into having it not boxed to go. It was all so beautiful.

After calling the hotel multiple times to confirm that we were arriving late, we arrived at the hotel at 11 pm to find out that they did not have the hotel room available that we had booked. They offered us a king bed despite the fact that we had booked two doubles and were two women travelling together. They offered no alternative except a pull-out sofa or a cot. This felt like a ridiculous solution for a $700 hotel room. I would not recommend this facility. I was super disappointed by the service and result.

I've stayed at this property a couple of times and most of that staff is very helpful and friendly. However a gentleman at the front desk has always made the whole experience very sour. The first time we stayed, they had just opened, he took 20 mins to answer the phone in the morning when I needed a wifi password. He then responded with a condescending tone and was very rude with all of his responses. On a later trip, he helped move a trip we had to reschedule, he did it incorrectly. When it came time for us to check in the informed us that one of the rooms were marked as a no show. The party I was with had to book another room at another hotel on spring break weekend which was a disaster. I tried to fix the situation but it took be multiple times leaving my number with no callback from any manager. Finally at the end of the night I came back before he left for the day and he was able to help me. The booking manager was helpful in getting us a room but it took 1 hour and tried to play it off as, "we are all booked but we can accommodate you." They ended up charging us for another room, at spring break rates and did not offer a refund. Gaslighting me into believing that they were helping us out, as if it was my mistake to fix. The fact that this hotel is a Marriot Bonvoy, and this is the service you receive it pretty outrageous. All and all, the resort is beautiful and the amenities are luring, but overall not worth this headache.

We attended the grand opening party and had a wonderful experience. The pool areas, fitness room, and golf course were all impressive! The dining and service were upscale and justified the cost of staying at the property. My wife and I had a delightful time, and we highly recommend this property!

The property is relatively new, they were still working out some kinks. The service staff were wonderful, they made up for the overpriced food and lack of other dining options. The mandatory $48 valet charge is especially egregious. One should be able to park one’s car oneself and not be forced to pay $48 per night for (unnecessary) valet service. The $50 per night resort fee should be reduced as there’s really not much more than a pool and some board games to keep one occupied.

The room is neat, clean, and spacious, but didn't have a chance to explore the outdoor resort facilities due to a busy work schedule—a regret!
