This place is secure, safe, and clean! I loved having a washer/dryer in the room. My only real complaint is that their help line only provides the same info that is in their email. So when I had a unique problem (the wifi pass and then the wifi router being down), it seemed like I wasn't gonna get that amenity at all. In the end someone on their Expedia account did help me out.

Being a staffless hotel posed some difficulties. I arrived to an unlocked- open apartment that was not finished being cleaned. Later that evening I also noticed that the sliding patio door was not secure and could not be locked. Toilet seat was cracked which pinched the bum when using the facility. Other than those issues the property was great. I was contacted once, a day later and then never heard from the staff again to resolve the issues after I had left a phone message and two emails.

Great little place great area! The only negative is that people leave garbage bags in the hallway

I recently stayed at Maven Stay, and while the experience wasn’t the absolute worst, several cleanliness and communication issues made it disappointing. There were leftover items in the shower from a previous guest, the floors didn’t appear to be swept, and there was hair in multiple areas—including the shower. There was no welcome packet provided, which seems to be the main reference point for assistance. Since the hotel is staff-less, the only phone number available is meant for help accessing the building or room—not for resolving in-stay issues. Wi-Fi wasn’t available—presumably because login details were in the missing welcome packet—which was frustrating. Initially, we were only given one bath towel for a two-person, six-night stay. After I contacted the hotel through Expedia, someone came to deliver more towels and removed the items left in the shower. However, hair was still visible in the shower and other parts of the room, and there was no follow-up communication—just an automated email reiterating that the hotel is staff-less and referring us to the same phone number, which points back to the (missing) welcome packet. I hope these concerns are addressed for future guests. With no on-site staff, it’s crucial that everything is properly in place at check-in. Attention to detail is clearly lacking.

The property was in a nice area and very clean. There were crystals and other demonic items in the rental. Also, the a/c was slow at cooling the rental. Overall, a pretty space but some personal discomfort with the way it was decorated.

We really enjoyed staying here. Loved having the washer and dryer! Loved that it felt like a city apartment.

Very nice and clean. The only issue is they were built with very thin wall so you can hear your neighbors noises.

This place is great, nice large roomy area with great amenities

It was a great location. Very easy to find parking and get in/out of the building. The place is decorated so cute! There was no additional toilet paper so had to go down to the first floor communal bathroom to get extra. There was also no hand towel for the kitchen or any blankets. The walls are pretty thin, we could hear the next door neighbors any time the were talking; wasn't as bad when we put the tv volume a little higher. With all that being said the location was great and would still recommend staying here.

The concept is great, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the location is a good option away from the hectic downtown hotel properties. I will recommend Maven Stay to friends.

The room was super cute, very well decorated and comfortable.

My boyfriends and I first stay in salt lake and this was such a welcoming experience. Everything was clean and well organized. We were near so many things. A new quiet town. The apartment was nicely decorated, the quotes were so positive. The balcony was an added bonus.

I liked the amenities within the unit. The ease of check in. I did not like the flood lights in the patio area. The blackout curtains were insufficient to block the two flood lights shining in our room. It seems like a simple fix to turn them off with the flick of a switch. I was excited to stay at this female run hotel, however, I was disappointed at the response that we received from management to say that they were working on the issue. Sleep is most important especially when travelling.

Very easy to access the property and room Place was clean, furniture / dishes / blankets were practically new Favorite thing about my stay was the bed. It’s the comfiest mattress, pillows, and comforters I’ve ever slept on (tell me the brand please) If I had any issue, it was that the AC wouldn’t move passed 69-70 degrees. I wish there was a fan. I’m excited to book again

Room was not cleaned at all when I arrived, door was wide open to the hallway, no bedsheets on bed and lots of disgusting stains. Also unsafe as it has an unlockable conjoining room door where I or the other room could burst in at any moment with only a couch to keep the door from opening as the door didn’t even properly close.
