No onsite management. The keys needs to be picked up & dropped off from another location. Must have a car or being willing to walk 20minutes each way across the highway. Security gate fob not working. Email sent with a pin, fans/lights can not be switched on. No air con. Lift issues. Backpacker cleaning building. Was there upon arrival. Blinds don’t cover windows so light streams through all day/night. All this information was communicated via email after I had paid for booking.
