The staff was amazing all around. We had an early flight into Denver, but our check-in wasn’t until 4 p.m. My significant other and I were pretty exhausted from the travel, so I called and explained our situation to see if we could check in early. Management didn’t hesitate to say yes—in fact, they sent a message as soon as the cleaning lady was finished, letting us know we could head over and get some rest. It truly felt like home. No one bothered us during our stay, and the cleaning lady was phenomenal. The location is within walking distance of many attractions and just a short drive from some incredible activities! The kitchen came stocked with utensils and even cleaning supplies to take care of dishes in the sink. Parking is a bit tight, but don’t let that even come close to changing your mind about staying here—we’ll definitely be back! They even asked for feedback on how to improve the experience. Personally, I only have two small suggestions: 1. Consider adding a vending machine with drinks and quick snacks for late-night cravings. 2. Maybe in the future, offer a rewards program where frequent visitors can earn a free night or a discount on future stays. Regardless of whether those suggestions are implemented, I 1000% recommend staying here. Waking up in the morning to the mountains in the background should be enough to sell it on its own. I’ll be back sooner rather than later!

The location of this place was GREAT, aside from the noise of the street as they are not so insulated. We truly loved out stay here overall, but a few things that would be helpful if they were fixed- the shower was not great. The water pressure was bad because it would come out of the bath faucet at the same time, and seemed like if someone else turned on their water, that it would even half from that. It would also be so helpful to have a towel rack for a hand towel, and a little table over the back of the toilet or something would be so helpful. Otherwise, lots of character and everything we needed inside! Loved the cute little coffee bar, nd overall, a comfortable stay. Thank you!

The location was excellent — beautiful mountain views and within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and more. Everything we wanted to see and do was just a short drive away, which made it incredibly convenient. Although I expected more of a “court”-style setup, the rooms actually faced the main road. That said, it was surprisingly quiet in the evenings with no noticeable traffic noise. The room itself was small and simple but met our needs perfectly for a two-night stay. There was a slight musty scent, and I noticed moisture absorbers placed above the cabinets, which seemed to help. The creaky floors and thin walls (I could hear water running in the neighboring room) were minor drawbacks. However, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well — we even had to turn it down — and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The overall vibe of the room was charming in a slightly rustic way. We didn’t spend much time indoors, so it was more than sufficient for our trip. All in all, it was a good value for the price.

All ok not exactly what it showed online but very comfortable room good area close to everything.

Maybe I missed this when I booked or some other communication was sent, but there is no office and you’re supposed to contact them days in advance of your stay. We didn’t know this so had no way to get into the room and the number to call did not pick up. Had to find another last minute hotel.

Such a pleasant little stay on our road trip! Would highly recommend.

Very cute and clean! Perfect spot that is close to garden of the gods and pikes peak. Absolutely recommend!!!

It was a great place to stay. We enjoyed our apartment.

There was a handful of good things about this motel. It was easy to get around, I walked most of the time but also used uber/lyft to get around with no problems. There is a supermarket almost directly opposite the motel, which I found useful. I didnt use them but I am sure the fridge and microwave are useful additions to the room and the kitchen area looked clean - although again, I didn't use it, so didnt look to closely. The bad points for me, far outweigh the good points. I actually even checked out a day earlier and moved on to my next destination because of the following: The bath was filthy and despite me contacting the team and sending photos as requested with and without the flash on (same ones I've attached to this review), nothing was done and they stopped responding to my messages. The bed squeaked when you made rhe slightest movement, the walls are super thin, so you can hear people in the adjacent rooms and also the people above. The rooms are on a very busy main road and this causes a lot of traffic noise at all hours. The floor was also very dirty - my white socks are what bought this to my attention as visibly, it did look OK. I suspect it isnt cleaned every visit, maybe only swept, rather than mopped. The furniture has also seen better days in my opinion, I am sure it would be brushed off as being 'shabby chic', however its just plain shabby in my opinion. There was also a horrible smell to the room, which was unpleasant. I wouldn't stay here agai

I was alright, i appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the small kitchen pretty much stocked. Its just the old bed that every time i moved it sounded like it was about to break. The broken small lamp hidden away in the closet. The bath heater was broken also. I do recommend adding the patio is only for the penthouse room. Was looking forward to sitting outside but that was not available either. Very loud outside noise can be heard in room.

I enjoyed not having to check in to a hotel lobby. The room has everything I needed including a mini fridge, microwave, table and dishes.

The mirror is placed a little too high to see into if you are vertically challenged. I met 2 girls outside on the bench putting on makeup with hand mirrors because of the same thing. Otherwise it’s perfect for 1 or 2 people. Great location.

The room was clean. There is a heat pump for AC and heat, and it was nearly noiseless. They are very efficient, also. The tub didn't have a drain plug, sovyou couldn't take a bath. Coffee was good. There is teaffic noise that is sometimes loud.

We had an awesome time staying here. The place was quiet and very comfortable with lots of charm. For what we paid for the room this was a great value. We sent most of our time out hiking and exploring the area. when we were done, this was a great place to clean up and crash. the room was awesome, the bathroom was awesome. If you are looking for a simple place to go and explore the area and don't need a resort to keep you entertained and don't want to break the bank on a room, this is your place! I'm planning another visit to the area next year and am planning on coming back.

It was an affordable place to stay that was clean and orderly. You can hear the road noise from inside but it did not bother us. We arrived late and had no problems getting in or finding it. We would stay here again.
