Their we bugs in the room and the floors were dirty like they hadent been cleaned in weeks We had to put everything in plastic bags 🎒 so roches don't get in our cloths and we took them home with us. We felt we should of gotten all our money back due to this nasty problem but we didnt. We wont fo back to this hotal again and we'd not recommend it to any one inless the want to carry bugs back home. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ON THIS TRIP. NEXT TRIP I'LL STAY WIRH MY SISTER. I WOULD OF STAYED WITH HER THIS TIME BUT MY HUSBAND HAS MEDICAL ISSUES AND CANT WALK UP STEP'S.BUT NO MORE HOTAL AGAIN THIS WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR US.

The property was rundown. Looked nothing like the photos online. We did not feel comfortable, so we left. We did not end up staying there. We turned our key in and found a different place to stay.

I drove to the red roof inn the day of my concert. Was told I did not have a reservation this was on 6-20 a Friday. Their were no rooms in town

It was dingy, run down, and smelled terrible. On top of that we found dead bugs in the sheets. We were booked for 2 nights and when we checked out early & asked for a refund of the second night, they tried to refute the request. Request still ongoing but the result won’t change my assessment. Management wasn’t even shocked or apologetic when we told him about the bugs!

Well they didn’t have breakfast. They had coffee but lukewarm. So that should be removed on listing. The phone didn’t work. The remote on tv didn’t work they gave a different one and you couldn’t change volume or shut tv off with it. There were ice on sides and back of fridge. WiFi was terrible.

Very hard to navigate to front office. The area around the hotel was a little sketchy. The room was very big and spacious, but a little noisy.

Extra lock has been removed from room door. "No room service needed" tags. Housekeeping rolled towels back up and put them back in the towel rack. Showerhead was held up with ponytale holders on a wall hook. Trash on the floor. Iron, but no ironing board. No coffee maker. No paper towels next to the sink. Room smelled like mildew.

This property was in need of repair and there was mold in the bathroom.

This was a last-minute action. Im not sure as to the reason for the misleading advertisement, but i can attest to the fact of this property being an underwhelming experience. I wont fall for this again.

We left a day early as the place was disgusting. The shower was dirty. The pool was filled with concrete. They were exposed outlets. The shelf had fallen off the wall not been fixed, and the light had been removed from the ceiling and not been fixed. I requested a contact back from Hotels.com from which I have not received. I would like a full refund.

When I first arrived, someone was sitting in their car smoking pot. The door of my room would not lock without lifting the door. The shower and sink in the kitchenette was dirty. I will not return.

The hotel room was not worth 100 a night the beds were hard the tub was falling in and the peep hole had tissue stuffed in it.

Ac didn't work properly,room was like 1000 degrees when we arrived. Refrigerator wasn't on and smelled like mildew

Well 1st of all i paid online. 2. They tried to charge me 2 more times. 3. We didn't have a iron, iron board, coffee maker, the beds and bathroom were dirty. 4. The icebox still had food in it from someone else who was in the room before us. 5. The breakfast sucks and they run out of food. 6. They 1 elevator and it was broken inside of it and it was shaking. I was so scared to get in it. 7. I needed 2 extra blankets and they wouldn't give them 2 me. I don't think I'll be going back there anymore. I got it because it was what i could afford. They also charged someone else who had hotels.com twice too. And that person paid in cash and then they charged his card 2. 8. It looked like they were remodeling the place 2 or something.

The bathtub had mold, a broken towel hook and broken Kleenex box that was hanging under the sink. The overhead light was missing and electronic components were not covered. It has been my experience that when I book thru hotels.com I get the worst rooms, those needing lots of repairs. Breakfast area was dirty, hot water container had cold water and coffee barely warm. Microwave needed cleaning from a spill. At 7am food was limited and not being restocked. Attendant checking in and other on duty next morning did speak.

Photos do not show torn up elevator. Dirty room etc. Bathroom was horrible.

Elevator was pretty rough. Everything else was average. No above and beyonds to report but it’s the cheapest option for the area. Staff are nice enough.

I probably won’t book a room at this hotel again because the picture on line show a place that is well kept. The actual rooms were not so the assign room was dirty tub was filthy someone showed and was not clean. Tiles broken in elevator and baseboards missing along walls. The free breakfast they offer have no meats nor eggs included on the menu, the coffee was lukewarm.

This place was a dump! In the room it was missing hair dryer looked like it was ripped off wall! Closet rod and shelf ripped off wall! The shelves etc. in shower were ripped off wall! Etc. This is the worse place I have stayed at in a long time! Pictures on Expedia very misleading!

Rusty film in bottom of the tub/shower. Floors swept not scrubbed. Hall carpets torn and dirty looking. Elevator, filthy and beat up.
