Super clean and nice place for family staying

Only reason for 4 my star review is that there was no elevator.

Nice and had thoughtful additions to make stay comfortable.Stove, microwave and a bigger size refrigerator and freezer was a nice addition. Coffee downstairs and a Keurig in the room. The bedroom does not have an air vent, but has a ceiling fan. I was worried we'd be hot in the summer,but ended up being cold. When we checked in we were even given information on where to see fireworks. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Acadia. There's restaurants nearby, a gas station and Walmart nearly across the street. Way less crowded than Bar Harbor!

I hope to stay at Stone Park again. This is a relatively new property - nice luxury suites right outside the popular town of Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Super clean and up-to-date rooms, with log-cabin decor. Close to numerous lobster pounds and other activities. Staff was extremely polite to us at check-in and attentive to our needs.

Amazing and cozy place!

I was nervous about not staying at a chain, but Stone Park was great! The suite was spacious, sparkling clean, and had convenient USB ports and other modern touches. I’d just recommend blackout shades in the bedroom.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly!

Fabulous room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. Loved that we could bring our three Newfoundlands with us for the adventure!

No housekeeping Pool appears incomplete, no signage of any kind. No towels, no towel receptacles, no bathrooms, no changing rooms. Our room door did not always latch, we had to close it with some force. When we left, I couldn’t get it to lock from the outside at all. Our bathroom door latch also did not line up, so the door would open on its own. Microwave unreachable TVs too high on the walls, can’t be adjusted No control of a bathroom fan Sink and oven over carpet Sofa bed was very difficult to put away

I loved that the room was like a little apartment. It didnt even feel like we werent at home. It was so beautiful and comfortable. We will DEFINITELY be back.

One of my favorite places to stay in Ellsworth! Nice suites with big open floorplans. They also have super fast fiber internet with private modems in each room which is a game changer for computer and office work. Great coffee selection, and really nice common area. Highly recommended

Very spacious and clean. My family and I were very happy with our stay.

I imagine it would be amazing during peak (summer) season, but it was still great during the time I went (April). Area was clean, the room was amazing for the price. Communication might be weak during off season but still worth the stay

The rooms were so beautiful, clean. It was a quiet atmosphere, cozy vibes. Beds were comfortable. We will go back when we are in the area. 10/10 recommend ♥️

Amazing value at this location. Beautiful accommodations, free parking and centrally located. Check in was a breeze and the staff (Fred) was amazing and very accommodating. I've stayed at all the others in the area and this is the hands down winner by far.

Very clean, very stylish hotel. Comfortable, convenient and great value for money. Efficiency apartment style room's with full size fridge, microwave, sink and cooking facilities.

I checked in late around 5. as I went in the front door the manager was leaving, she came back inside. No front desk personnel was present. She was not expecting me and did not have a room indicated, but quickly assigned me a room near the front door. I left to gather items to bring inside and she said she made a mistake as that room's heater was not working. She assigned me another room. I was arranging my things in the separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living area was separate and nicely done. The building was built last year. I turned down the bed and discovered a multitude of lint and hair! Dirty bedding. I took pictures. The front desk had a phone number to call. The manager answered and said I was mistaken she had changed the bed herself. She argued several minutes and I said I would not be able to use the bed. I had booked 2 nights. She then said there was new bedding in the bedroom cabinet. I agreed to change my own bed. As I was calling the manager in the hallway a gentleman staying in the next room asked me to tell the manager his toilet would not flush. Later in the bath the sink water was turned off. The next day the manager after a reminder went under the sink and turned it on for me. The microwave in the kitchenette was placed on top of the refrigerator. The refrig was a very nice full size refrig. I am short and would barely reach the door and buttons. I believe the tenant above me was up all night listening to music on the TV, constant drumming.
