Staff were there from 1600 to 2300. Room was small. Kitchen had quite limited utensils and no toaster or kettle.

The room was clean but smelled. Housekeeping only visit every 4 days. Reception closed most of the time. Small double bed affixed to wall on one side. Deceptive photos. Nowhere near the city centre. Lovely receptionist but it’s wildly overpriced for the offering. We definitely wouldn’t stay again.

The check in was quick and the staff professional. The room had everything needed for a quiet night sleep and for work - fast WiFi, enough power outlets in the right places. Functional bathroom with enough warm water in the shower.

The room was decent and in a good location, but I had to deal with 2 brutal girls, who shouldn't be in this business. They aggravated me, esp Katherine

Convenient for the stadium but bed far too small for 2 people

The apartments are part of a college student dorm building so expect a young crowd. Nothing to complain there. No parking on site or nearby, you have to park on street and pay a very complicated pay and display system which also does not enable you to park 24 hours. The apartments are small and basic but modern and well kept. The one I was given for my 4 night stay was horrible though. Ants in the kitchen in the morning on a 7th floor (I have pictures) I did not leave food or anything in the kitchen (not that it matter as even if I left food I should not find ants in the morning) I had hundreds of ants in the sink. AC ventilation could not be switch off unless you remove the card to provide power to all the unit and if you do so the light in the card switch was so strong you needed a mask in the room. I was also given an apartment were the bed frame was against a wall with the elevators on the other side. I left earlier than booked due to the poor conditions and the terrible experience. There is no coffee maker in the apartment or a toaster. It was a total disaster.

Little better than a hostel. A tiny double bed hard against the wall meaning one of the couple have to climb over the other person to go to the toilet at night.

Room is nice and clean; onsite parking with a reasonable price is a plus. Convenient location! Highly recommend this place!

Very well located peaceful accommodation within a real neighbourhood with plenty of local shops and restaurants and bars Room was comfortable only thing missing were a hair dryer and kettle Staff very nice can store luggage at nearby building

The room I stayed in was great. It was a little out of the way, but then again, Bilbao is an easy city to walk around as well as to get around. I like to travel light so I do my laundry on trips. They're facilities were good and the gym was fine.

No hay recepción 24/7. Solo hay personal de 16 a 23 horas. No hay plancha.

Pasamos frío en la habitación. No se podía poner la calefacción porque estaba bloqueada. Desde recepción nos subieron una manta y nos ayudó. El colchón no era cómodo estaba deformado. El grifo de la ducha estaba roto y salía agua por todos lados menos por donde tenía que salir. Es una lástima porque el trato del personal del hotel es maravilloso y muy atento pero a parecer nuevo el hotel tiene pequeñas cosas que no te dejan disfrutarlo.
