The walls were peeling, the toilet water was leaking a little, there was no soap provided, the fan was dirty, the pillows smelled, the AC didn't work well because it hadn't been serviced and the shower was broken.

Guest privacy is highly valued, they and we are not too complicated, I like it, it's good, it should be improved.
