Friendly and responsive staff quickly helped when I had trouble locking the hotel room, the hotel room was clean and tidy, spacious too, the downside when I stayed the waterhitter was under repair. There is a private beach that is great. My input for HotelKumala please for tourists who go to the private beach, please advise not to litter that pollutes the beauty of the beach and put up a warning not to go to the edge of the beach to play in the water because it is dangerous yesterday when I went to the private beach there was a small child who really wanted to play in the water swimming on the edge as a result he was pushed hard by the waves, fortunately his father was quick to pull his clothes so he was not pulled by the waves only his sandals were carried away.
